My friend rolled up to visit me at 11:16 PM, slapped that fresh visitor sticker on the dash, wrote ‘17th Oct’ like a champ. By 12:34 AM on the 18th? The car was already chilling in the towing lot. Apparently, the ‘wrong date’ was a crime worthy of an instant tow on a parking with many free spaces. ?
Hope both the tow truck driver’s dads are doing great…they definitely raised someone who knows how to stick to the schedule. Enjoy your job

Five stars for how kind Andy was in towing my car that wouldn’t start out of a garage and taking it to my mechanic’s shop.
After waiting in a parking garage for 4 hours because AAA cancelled on me three times, I called Al’s Towing. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and responsive when I made a follow-up call. She had Andy dispatched and at my vehicle within 30 minutes.
Andy put my car in neutral and pushed and coasted it out of the garage so he could tow it. After having several AAA drivers cancel on me, Andy’s kindness and warm personality made me want to cry in relief.
I don’t know how much other tow companies typically cost, but their rate was $150 + $10 for gas + $5/mile. My total ended up being $175, but price wasn’t a concern for me since AAA will be reimbursing it.
Thank you, Al’s for being so efficient and helping me easily wrap up what had been a long and frustrating situation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The girl at the front desk has a horrible attitude and has no customer service knowledge whatsoever, the place reeks of cigarettes and good luck even trying to talk because they just want to argue. Unfortunately had to deal with them because a visitors car got towed out of the visitors spot we put them in. USE HENRYS TOWING!!! Henrys is right down the street from these people and are actual kind courteous human beings. Have had many wonderful experiences with them despite them towing me a few times.

I had such a terrible experience getting my car towed in a parking garage (in which I had a parking permit) and I was fined $230 when I parked at a spot where the business's operating hours were over. I'm pretty convinced this towing company lives off of scamming people and I have absolutely no idea why it should cost $230 to park somewhere no one would have parked anyway. Question to the employees: How does it feel to work for a place that ruins people's day?

Towed the car that was a 3 minute drive away (0.3 miles) and charged $30 for fuel. An additional $30 for night and another $30 for weekend. Overall towing cost was $230 with other fees. Place is a total scam and steals $$. Worst part is that we even had a parking permit for the parking garage and they still towed the car. Lastly the office smells like pure cigarettes too.

I have no doubt in my mind Al or whatever this business is named after are Satan’s spawns running around ruining everyone’s day. They’re sneaky, conniving and down right prey on people’s misinformation. Doesn’t help that their towing business is literally a dumpster sitting in the heart of Mosiac. You’d think with all the money they make taking peoples cars the place would at least look decent. No it doesn’t. Everyone here sucks. I pray that whatever changes our country goes through this specific towing company goes out of business and they become bankrupt. Amen ?

Soooo…they towed my car from my apartment complex even though I have a parking decal ✅, have an ADA placard displayed and was parked in an authorized ADA Parking space ✅, and they stated I was on a visitors pass ? and had been parked there for over 24 hrs (although security footage shows me parking there for the first time ever less than 18 hrs ago. Companies like this either need to be left in a smoldering heap or sued into oblivion.
