Honest, straightforward, doesn’t charge you for stuff that doesn’t need to be done. Did an alignment and checked out the struts and suspension on my 2015 Ford Fusion. Great communication and prompt work. Will go back.

My car was making a terrible noise and I shared the recording with the guy (Zach?) and left it with him. He called me the next day and told me there was a rock that got jammed behind a brake rotor. Then he said that my windshield wipers randomly broke (what??) and that he replaced one of them and asked if I'd like to replace the other, too. I was caught off-guard and said okay.
When I went to pick up my car, I asked about the windshield wipers and how that happened. He said he was wiping my windshield (what?) and it randomly broke. He nervously ran to the back and brought one out and it looked like someone used the jaws of life to bend it out of shape. When I dropped my car off, both of my wipers were in perfectly fine condition.
Everyone I told about this urged me to write a review, and being lied to and taken advantage of has left me feeling bitter. Hopefully this discourages him from doing this scam again. Be very careful if you take your car here. Take photos of everything before you drop your car off. Or, just don't go here.

We completely trust Zach! We take all of our cars to his shop, and he has never steered us wrong. It is such a relief to have a mechanic we can trust, and who does great work for reasonable prices.

These guys have been great, but most recently saved me from another shop that completely fumbled the ball. They looked my car over and said what the other shop was proposing was unnecessary and were able to fix the problem for less than half the cost and in one day (other shop had it close to 2 weeks). I really can't say thanks enough!

Called this morning for an inspection and an oil change. They communicated very clearly about everything that I needed from the inspection and had my car ready for me to pick up with a passed inspection at the end of the day! They're so friendly too which is an extra bonus :)

I moved to Page County a year ago and still bring my vehicles in to A-A in Falls Church despite the 90 mile drive. They don't lie, don't fix things that don't need it, and they have fair pricing.

Zac and his crew did a lights out job! Changed out the entire exhaust system on my truck today. I called this morning, they got me in and on the lift the second I showed up, very reasonable estimate, ordered the parts and did the job in the afternoon. Midas quote was 400 more and they charged me $40 just for the estimate. I wouldn't let them change my oil. These guys are good. I highly recommend! -Doug

I went to A-A Auto after I received very high estimates -- from other auto repair shops -- for an exhaust leak from my 1995 Toyota Avalon. Others felt that the entire exhaust system needed replacement at the cost of many hundreds of dollars. A-A Auto patched the exhaust system for a fraction of the price of the estimates offered by other shops and, at the same time, conducted the annual safety inspection. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. (Despite having lived less than a mile away for more than 35 years, I was entirely unaware of the shop's existence -- tucked away behind Hodges Door and Window Store on Jefferson Street in Falls Church)

Wonderful and friendly service, got a very speedy inspection. Staff couldn't be nicer and the garage interior is so nicely kept. It reminds me of playing in my grandfather's and great uncle's trucking garages growing up. Looking forward to working with them again.

I have been coming to AA-Auto for about 12 years. They are honest, straightforward, reliable, have great mechanics and have never let me down. I have brought my own car here and also my son's and daughter's various cars over the years. If you want a good job done, AA-Auto is the BEST. They are not the cheapest but they will always provide you with excellent service. And that's what counts.

Top notch auto service. Zac is professional, responsive and informative. They have fixed multiple problems on my Nissan Juke. I highly recommend them. I am new to the area, and they were recommended by a repeat customer. My car was correctly diagnosed each time; the repairs were completed within a day. I will keep taking my car to them.
