Terrible place. Overpriced. Grouchy employees walking around. They aren’t open until 11. That’s a lie. They claim ‘last wash’ is at 10 pm but they very rudely shoo people away at the door before 10 pm, if you show up at 9:45 or 9:50. Bad customer service. They don’t value their customers!

They steal money. Make sure you count your quarters accordingly. When I asked the staff on duty, their response was “your loss”

Our washing machine is a half size so I take our bigger blankets to a laundromat once a month to wash and dry them. Last month when I came, the washing machine ate $4 worth of quarters and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 10 minutes until a random man (who DID NOT work there, just happened to be doing his own laundry and saw that I needed help) pressed some buttons & wiggled the machine until my quarters fell and I was able to wash my blankets. I just took my blankets in today and the machine did the exact same thing, eating $6 of my quarters, only this time there was a woman at the front desk who actively chose to ignore me while she did a crossword puzzle. I walked away, unloaded the machine and went home. I'd rather risk breaking my washing machine than deal with this place again.

Came here for my first time today and did about ten loads of laundry in 2.5 hours (folding included). The place is clean. Lots of carts. Friendly customers.

OMG !! Where do I start. The laundromat opened at 7am sharp. It is Very, Very, Very clean. The Bathrooms are clean and accessible. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice. I felt so good. I felt peaceful. It’s very spacious. Parking is very convenient. I definitely will visit this laundromat again. The machines and dryers were very clean and operable. My experience today was nothing but exceptional.
The lady who was working today in the early morning was absolutely very kind and helpful.
I have used laundromats extensively and for just some reason I was experiencing issues. The lady at the desk was very patient, very kind and helpful. She resolved my issues quickly and I was elated. She deserves 7 stars.
The laundromat is very clean including the bathrooms. I saw the same lady actively sweeping and maintaining. It can get a little warm but they open the doors and air circulates.
Overall this was a great experience. Please keep it up.😁👍🏻🙏

Nice place but watch your stuff guys. Pretty sure I was missing some undergarments last time I went. This time I stayed and watched. Two elderly ladies surrounded my dryer, using both sides, when almost all the other dryers were empty. When my dryer finished one lady opened up my dryer and pulled out my shirt! How do you make a mistake like that? I went up to her and told her that this was my dryer. They didn't say anything and left. Terrible.

The place is cleanThe staff always spends their time cleaningSince there are very filthy people who leave their pigsty or take their little ones and leave everything dirty, the staff is friendly and if sometimes they are in a bad mood it is understandable because the place is not a daycare and there are people who are not aware of their clothes and leave them there for a long time and leave or they simply spend a lot of time taking clothes out of the dryer because as they take them out they fold their clothes (it is better to take out all the clothes and fold them as desired on the tables)The machines sometimes overheat but the staff always checks the temperature and if it can no longer be used they give you a warning not to use them. In general I have not had problems with the place or the machines, only with the children who run around freely. and they push you or dirty your clothes for playing ?Be careful, I have nothing against the little ones, there are some very calm ones who are very obedient and kind...

Very clean place. Even the bathrooms.Equipment seems very new.The place is very family friendly. They even have a corner with chairs and books to read. :-(Best of all no creepy people on my visit!

Honestly, the person who was in customer service had a very bad character. They need to improve customer service or hire someone who wants to work because the work is a blessing.
