AVOID! I didn't know this place was garbage until after reading the reviews here, but they are 100% accurate.
came in to try to redeem the t-mobile Tuesdays free slurpee, and they only have medium and double extra large cups??? seems deliberate, and this guy in the first photo, jobail, could not care less, no apology, laughed, did not gaf. I even offered to pay the difference for the larger size, but I think his English was so bad he didn't understand. called corporate and they gave me 2000 points for the trouble, which I'll gladly take elsewhere.
also, 7-eleven corporate/"official" account, don't bother replying with your bit.ly link, because it doesn't work (see second photo).

Do not get fountain drinks or ice from here. Ice has bacteria being imbedded in the ice from the machines not being cleaned.
Also, “cup of ice” is $.30 at every location except this one. The cashiers pretend they don’t know the button and will charge you $.51 sometimes at $1+ other times.
All for ice. Would not recommend. They are unsanitary and will scam you for more money than you need to pay.
I am 6 months pregnant. If they were to get me sick I would definitely sue as it’s clearly a direct link.

Really rude and doesn’t know how to apple any of the 7 reward coupons and rewards. And falsely pay down people just for looking around.

Oh!My!God!How is this 7-11 even operating?? The worst!!The employee there hardly knows what’s going on or what to do! Sitting inside the office and sees people walking in & out, doesn’t have a care in the world! The employee doing the night thru morning shift along with the lady who just keeps hiding behind the shelf & brooming.AWFUL!!

Horrible management. I had an emergency with my autistic child and went in to tell them I had to leave my car in their parking lot while I got an UBER to take him home. They said I had to move it immediately and did not let me explain or ask for other options.I left in tears and when my husband came back, in uniform, they said they tried to reason with me and tell me the car had to be moved to make way for the garbage truck. Never happened because they didn't let me speak and threw the paper where I wrote my name and number down back at me. We were able to move our car within an hour. I went back to buy something so now I'm a customer and can say... you are either ignorant of what an autistic person experiences, or you didn't believe me because my child's disability isn't visible or you just can't be bothered to give someone just a tiny bit of assitance unless they are in uniform.

They are rude. Terribly unsanitary. Sold me expired pretzels but wouldn’t exchange for a bag of lays bc I didn’t have the receipt even though I’ve been coming here consistently for the past 12 months. Not to mention there were other bags still on the shelf with same date. And believe me when I tell you this was just the straw…Please, for the love of standing for what’s right, avoid this 7-eleven until they address their issues including but not limited to insects/pest control and incorrect displayed prices. Thank you neighbors??

No restroom, even for paying customers. The cashiers suggested going to a McDonald's across the street

They overcharge you and steal your money purposefully. Not surprised to see other people had the same experience. Paid almost $2 more than the price tag for a drink, absolutely unacceptable. I contacted 711 support directly rather than bring it up with the staff in the moment, which i now see was a good move considering the other reviews saying they will argue with you and be rude over it. Not the first time ive been purposefully overcharged at a 711 but it will be the last. If it happens again im walking out empty handed and reporting the store.

Can’t believe the laziness of the stuff… apparently it is way to difficult to serve 1 slice of pizza. If you prepacked everything think that someone would like to get only 1 slice but not two… terrible

This is the worst hood 711 ever. They have had a broken cash register for several years. Does corporate care! Never buy products from them they are airport prices. I spent 7 Dollars for a deodorant. Cvs it's $4. They are rude and I told the guy hey your price is wrong and wanted to show him. He ignores me. Almost everything is priced wrong. Never again. Oh yeah the place is very dirty. I don't know how people could eat a pizza or food there. I doubt they was their hands because I didn't see them change their gloves making a pizza for a person. Disgusting. They ask you to put in your phone number when checking out but that screen is filthy and I said I don't want to touch it. Someone is going to get sick there. I have been in Falls Church for 5 years and they have never cleaned that screen. They don't care about customers. Go to CVS instead.
