For a super sport this place is filthy. All the machines are rusted with piles of dirt just sitting in them. Thank goodness I used the gym on a day pass before committing to transferring my membership from another state. So so dirty.

This is a terrible gym. It’s dirty, there’s mold growing on the ceiling, when it rains it leaks the middle of the weight lifting room and above all, ALL treadmill machines are broken! For a year at least! The parking lot was also a mess for over 6 months. It’s truly a disgrace! Don’t think your money is worth here! Also I decided to cancel my membership and was coincidentally assessed $50 for the annual fee. When I called to request a refund since I cancelled my membership, they said I need to call corporate, and the number they provided is for a shell company that never picks up the phone. Tried to get a hold of the manager (Kevin) and he never gets back. You’re dealing with the most unprofessional place here! The Gym wrote here but REFUSES to return my call!!! THIS GYM IS A SCAM!!! **REVIEW** The gym left a follow up on message here but refused to return my 8 calls and messages and refused to issue my refund. Finally disputed the charge with my credit card, I refuse to give this moldy broken gym one cent!

Been going for over 2 years with the premium membership that includes a guest pass, every single time they force my guest to sign up for their spam mail, one time i mentioned it after getting the 4th time of needing to do that for the same guest and the asian kid at the desk was incredibly rude, as a long member this was a suprise, i will jot be going back here, in addition to the rude encounter, regularly equipment is broken and not fixed for weeks, it is very dirty and recently the water fountains have gone either dry or low and warm, id rather go to the planet fitness nearby, as bad as that gym is

Inappropriate behavior and solicitations in the locker room from the trainer, Kevin.

I've been a member of 24 hr fitness for almost a decade. Unfortunately, the 24 hr fitness center at Tysons West closed. It was cleaner and the equipment was better maintained that the 24 hr fitness at 7 Corners Falls Church. The equipment at 24 hrs 7 Corners is not well maintained and often broken. The roof leaks in heavy rains. 20% of the main floor is closed during peak hours 5:30 - 9:30 Monday to Friday and often on weekends with no notice for members who pay for trainers. This area has much of the equipment I prefer to use but I never know when it will be closed especially on weekends. Recently I was strongly encouraged to leave this area by a trainer on a busy weekend although there were no signs posted the area was closed for members who pay extra and no one was doing functional training. There are usually no more than one or two people at a time working with trainers who also take their customers to the rest of the area to use equipment not in the functional training area. It is disappointing there is a caste system for those who pay extra for trainers as opposed to those who do not and thus, cannot utilize the entire gym when needed. I plan to look around for other gyms.

Over the course of a month I’ve been here over a dozen times every single time I’ve been inconvenienced or not helped out by the employees here. Everything all the time I’ve asked for help or had a question has been responded with nothing but attitude and eye rolling. I paid good hard earned money to go to a good gym and instead I’m rewarded with employees with attitude that are unhelpful and or are unwilling to help. No to mention equipment is basically falling apart.

I’ve been a member here for over a yr and it seems like the locker rooms are always dirty, the bathrooms are never cleaned, there’s no A/C in the gymnasium, and management does not seem to care or be friendly at all. I’m also a member of two other gyms and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m tired of this.

I was a member a few years ago, I joined because this gym has swimming pools, sauna, steam room, and hot tub, sounds super great for the price paid.
However, you get what you paid for.
All the sauna, steam room and hot tub were crowded with sweaty men most of the time.
As a woman, I didn’t feel comfortable or relaxing while using any of those, after a few attempts.
So, I joined another gym, located further and more expensive, but that’s well worth it. There are more class schedules with variety of great fitness instructors.
I am thinking to give another try for my add on quick drive to a pool and etc, but I won’t, after reading the recent reviews mentioned about the lacking of proper temperature set and maintenances of the pool.

For such an expensive rate, they have old equipment. The bathrooms and showers are dirty and moldy. I don’t think the mirrors have ever been cleaned. Honestly not worth it here. Get a free trial before you sign up.
Edit - when i signed up for the membership the employee lied to me and promised that id have the guest pass privileges after i cancel my membership until the pay period expires. Turns out i won’t and management was very rude to me. Huge scam coming here. If you look at the reviews more people say the same thing about the management and customer service.

Such a great workout with my trainer, Kevin. Getting stronger with him and can see a change in my strength, posture, and form.

Been using the facility for about three years. One of the few places that operates 24 hours with the equipment I like for workouts. Unfortunately it is always humid due to the air-conditioner rarely working. It is also not cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis.

Rude customer service -
From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed at all. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in providing a positive experience for potential members.
Specifically, I was very disappointed to find that the free three-day guest pass, which is prominently advertised, was not honored. This was a key factor in my decision to visit your gym, and not honoring it felt misleading. When I brought this up with the staff, they were dismissive and did not provide any assistance or reasonable explanation. The staff requested to pay 25 dollars for 3 days trial.
Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor customer service left a very negative impression. As someone who is looking for a gym to join, this experience has made it clear that [24 hrs] does not value its potential members.
Especially, I requested to check out the gym while I was there on Saturday 6/8/24.The staff refused me to step in to view facility before I make my decision to join the gym. It kind of disappointed .
Follow up- wrote a letter to HQ. Someone called and had a quick chat over the phone.

This gym is absolutely horrible , I don’t know
how this manager is holding his job .He blames everything on “ cooperate won’t approve it “. It’s been over 85 degrees for over 6 weeks now and they don’t seem to care about it . It is against the department of health regulations for a fitness facility over 76 Fahrenheit . The gym is a health hazard at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if
someone passes out . This gym is not a 24 hour facility the spa area which has the hot tub swimming pool sauna and steam room closed at 8 . It is absolutely disgusting
In the sauna and steam room I doubt it’s cleaned daily. I know numerous of
members that has canceled their membership they at this point they are losing money.I don’t think it’s the managements fault ,cooperate just doesn’t care . Avoid this gym at all costs , xsport fitness is an actual 24 hour fitness facility that’s the same price as this gym and their spa hours are 24 7, and the gym is not this hot .

Late night review:
Just another location that has just about everything you need. It's got a decent layout with machines and racks on the second floor.
This one also had the 2x2 squat racks facing each other so it's hella awkward to do your squats while you watch another guy grunting at you too lol
For some reason late at night gets busier than I would expect (10pm+) but maybe that's because the other 24 hours around the area close and everyone goes to this one?

AVOID this Gym at all costs. I signed up for a year-long membership and went for a year. In February, my gym membership auto-renewed, and I was charged $299.00. I asked for a refund, but the Gym said no. Since I had paid for the year, I decided to go to the Gym.
So, I go to the Gym, and the front desk wouldn't let me enter, saying my membership was terminated. I explained that I paid ($299.00) for this renewal year, (2024-2025) and they confirmed that to be true in the Gym's system. THEN, the General Manager, Kevin, said, "How do I know that's a real payment?" (WHAT IN THE WORLD!?) I showed him the debited payment from my bank account, AND he confirmed that my 24 Hour Fitness login account says, "$0.00 balance, Paid." Still, Kevin (the general manager) won't let me enter the Gym because my payment might not be real! I have contacted corporate 24-hour fitness thrice via email since they do not have a corporate phone number in service, and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED ME.
24-HOUR FITNESS STOLE MY MONEY AND IS REFUSING ME TO USE THE GYM. I AM SO BEWILDERED; THIS IS HORRIBLE.
