Dr Claffey and Dr Hansen are great to care for your fur babies. The staff are very friendly. They will help you with whatever your needs are for your pets.

My elderly cat Link, has arthritis in his hips, The nurse didn't use much care when taking his temperature, she pulled up on his tail which in turn made him cry out in pain! I said he has arthritis, she still continues to hold onto his tail while he tries to bite! Link is a docile cat. I was shocked to say the least. I told a friend about this, she informed me that they can use a digital thermometer to take temperatures. Why would they not do this instead of putting an elderly cat in pain? Of course this was one nurse, not the intire staff. Until today my pets have had great experiences. Now I know, and will be taking a digital thermometer with me next time.
