Agent was very nice and helpful. I got the phone I wanted and all my data transferred easily. Had been putting it off as I thought it would be difficult but he made it pleasant and easy.

As I was making my decision I NEVER felt rushed or pressured. Tom did a magnificent job of slowly introducing me to the pros and cons of a new phone. I particularly liked that it was financially advantageous at this time and that Tom looked for every discount he could for me.

Very mixed about reviewing this place... Just as much pro versus con in my opinion . First business I have been to in a while that as a customer it definitely seemed like you were just a number to go in and out.. would probably recommend trying another store in the area..

This place is full of bull jive. Promised rebate and got no rebate. Tried to work with them and never got a call back. Can do everything they do online and not pay $30 extra store fee. Also have more phones to pick from online
