Yesterday I went by and ordered food and wasn’t given the right change back. The crew person refused to believe she didn’t give back the right amount I asked for a supervisor and she was kind of nice but wasn’t able to help. Stated she wasn’t able to do anything about it and she doesn't have any access to the cameras or they didn’t have a store/district manager or they were all outta town. Also didn’t have a number other than the store number where I would be able to speck to anyone else, Which I don’t understand how they can run a store with no access to things like that if it’s true. I lost more money because I dropped my milkshake and had to pay for another one. They are NOT helpful in ANY WAY and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING unless my Money is returned and I am owed an apology for horrible customer service. These people should be trained so much better or just shut down for stealing from customers. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

I am a French veteran traveling on foot in this magnificent country. To take my breaks, I love going to sheetz, to eat and have a coffee.But in this one, I encountered not at all friendly staff, no thanks for your service, and sends the cold air conditioning, to make me leave the establishment...Really not nice, the toilets are the only place where the air is hot...In short, probably Democrats.
