I called and spoke with Andrew about a prescription I needed and no big name pharmacy could get it in, in a timely manner (1 to 2 month wait) but that wasn't acceptable for him! I got my prescription within a week and he kept me up to date and explained everything beautifully! He has went over and beyond just to make sure I was happy and understood everything.
