This staff at Kroger in Fairlawn VA is amazing. They are always so helpful and on top of things. They always have our families prescriptions filled on time and ready to pick up and in moments of emergencies they always have those new prescriptions filled immediately as well. They are so understanding and friendly and always willing to help with any situation.

I had a terrible experience today and earlier this week. Earlier in this week I had an Instacart order and I accidentally forgot to tell them that I had that order. Today I didn’t think about the fact that my Similac coupons have to be run like a check before I can apply my WIC card. With both experiences, the employees on dayshift were rude, disgruntled, and complained the entire time. While I understand that I was the one who messed up and made the customers behind me wait

The pharmacy staff are always incredible. They make sure you are able to ask questions and get the correct answers. They are kind, friendly, fast, and professional. Our other family and friends have switched from other pharmacies and are all beyond pleased wiwith the switch.

My favorite Kroger location and grocery store period! The store is easy to navigate, staff are super friendly and helpful, and sale items/special deals are always in stock. I have 3 grocery stores that are a bit closer to my home, but it is 100% worth it to drive a little out of my way to shop here!

This Kroger is so much better than the one by my old house. They're not perfect, but I do prefer to shop here, rather than Food Lion or Wal-Mart. The staff is friendly, the shelves are usually stocked, and (unlike my old Kroger) I rarely find expired items on the shelf. The Clicklist and Scan Bag Go options are great, but they still have cashiers and self-checkout. My only complaint, really, is that they aren't very good at bagging. I'll get home and find dissimilar items in the same bag, similiar items in different bags, heavy items on top of bread or eggs, and so on. I try to set items on the conveyor in the order I would like them bagged, but never helps.
