Definitely recommend J&J! Knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Brian goes above and beyond to help his customers and his prices can't be beat! He's towed a couple of different cars for me, found numerous parts, and installed them for a very fair price!

Called looking for a part and was not only treated with respect and he went above and beyond to to do some research to help me with the different year models that would interchange however he wasn't able to for sure locate it on his lot so he referred me to a competitor that had one So I have to say that this is the type of business that I would do repeat business with because he wasn't so worried about his bottom line that he took the time to help solve my problem That's a great business he looks out for the customer Way to go Brian I certainly wish you the very best with your business God Bless and God's Speed

Called and set up 3 appointments, which each time, got cancelled an hour or less, before our “scheduled appointment”. This has been a near 2 week ordeal over something supposed to be simple and painless. The lady on the phone is completely rude and uncaring, and denied me the fact that they hadn’t done any business according to planned. I wouldn’t swap them my wooden nickels, let alone rely on these people for anything. All said and done, they asked us to get another company to get the car out, since their equipment is as apparently as reliable as the company is. Shop around for someone else if you expect to be treated with respect or your time valued.

They held the motor while our customer finalized his loan for his motor replacement. Can't beat a company that goes out of their way to be helpful in that way! Super nice and excellent customer service!

Very nice people at J&J. But we're very disappointed that we drove there from Floyd after calling J&J and were told they'd take our vehicle for $120 after I gave them a description of it. They refused to take it for any amount, even $20 just so we could get it off of our trailer. But, as stated before they were very nice people and we were thrilled they were open until 5 pm. But, we will continue to use D&M.

My wife was in a accident on rt 114 and needed a tow truck service. She called J and J and Brian the owner was there in less than 20 minutes to take care of my wife's car and I would recommend him for his fast response time and professionalism. Thank you Brian!
