This is my second time going here. I got my nails done here today and I love them! It definitely makes me wonder what happened with the bad reviews?? I had a great experience. They got me in immediately after he finished with another client. Made great small talk and before I knew it my nails were done exactly like I wanted and the price was perfect for my budget. I would recommend at least giving them a try.

Victor is amazing, I always ask for him. I know he will do an exceptional job and my nails will last for a month! Best mail salon in the nrv area.

Overcharged by almost double for a fill in. The nails broke within 2 days, went back to tell them hey they weren’t done properly and they refused to fix them for me. Not to mention the lady was incredibly rude to me daughter while in there getting service cant recommend

I showed her a picture from Google and asked her how much this cost. She said 80 dollars, but we found in the second place for 60 dollars. They are very expensive and they do not have a price list.

Nails pointing sticking straight up on my ring fingers didn't get what I asked for or what I showed then when I said I didn't like them & showed how the nails were sticking up I was told it your fingers never ever had this happen before then I was told to pick a dark color to cover them up & was charged for it so back side of my nails are white top marroon I'm so disappointed I have been going here for years & years never had any issue it's like it's all about money & rushing you out the door not to mention I waited over 2 hours to be seen sucks cause this was my favorite place. They just didn't care this time.

I have always had good experience here . But today was a different story my buisness will go elsewhere I understand they couldn't completely match the color all I wanted was just take it off and leave white and clear coat it I went up road to another place they did it and free of charge

I have received 4 pedicures at Happy Nails. Julie did the first 3 and it was great, great conversations. Her husband did the last one, August 16, 2023. He doesn't say anything to you just taps and points. I got a bacteria infection on my big toe, had to go to urgent care which they numbed and lanced. Very painful. I received an antibiotic cream and oral medicine. I was told I will lose my toenail also. I will not be returning to Happy Nails. NOT HAPPY!!!Service: Pedicure

I had to wait for 3 days to get in! At first, I was a bit annoyed since I'm used to just walking in for service. But then I realized it's probably because they're doing really well, so that's a good sign.Once I finally got there, I was pleasantly surprised. The moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly, and everything was quick, friendly, and professional. Plus, their prices are pretty great. I really enjoy coming here.
