In all my interactions, Eleven West reps have consistently been professional, pleasant & timely with everything promised (even when under a time crunch that wasn't their doing!). Great customer service & attention to detail. I can't say enough good things about how enjoyable & easy they are to work with....a local jewel in the NRV!

Editing my review - I'm not sure what has happened with this business. We use to do a ton of business with them but in the past couple of years I have taken my business elsewhere. They've been extremely frustrating to work with, most if not all my orders had some sort of issue with it - were late - or never even fulfilled. Communication has also gone down hill as well. I gave them a chance again recently because they had a product that I specifically wanted to get, and that too got messed up. I know COVID was hard on a bunch of companies, and we still stuck it out with them past that in hopes that it would return to what it was and it never has seemed to for us.
(from three years ago) We've done plenty of business with ElevenWest -- this is due to their amazing customer service - great communication - timely service - quality products! Will return again and again!

Absolutely wonderful group of people. Not only were their shirts top tier, their customer services combined with their communication were the best that any customer could ask for. I truly recommend their services to anyone that is interested in getting custom shirts as well as custom accessories. Thank you Eleven West for a great experience! Excellent service and product. I have used in the past for screen printing on polo’s. This time, needed a product for a conference to place in “swag” bag. They were eager to provide suggestions and guidance to bring my idea to life! Their customer service is expeditious! Would highly recommend!

I am overall happy with the product (87%). I was not overall happy with the experience (54%). Nothing against anyone personally, this strictly business talk. I bumped you back up to two-stars for taking the time to respond even if you are not wanting to fully hear me out. (Careful, you could end up with 5 stars) I get it, you can't please everyone. I'm pretty simple and easy-going so I find it oddly entertaining this has happened to me. If Customer Service isn't a problem in your eye's, I will label failures for you as: (CSF #). I was told by your employee I would have my design native file ( RU was going to print flyers, all premise of day one conversation) and that your designer was busy and I would eventually get it. It is not a misunderstanding when you are told you can have the native file when you specifically ask for the native file...Yes, I drew the original file and hard drive wiped. (CSF#1) (3 times reassured over the month + process, but I'll count as 1) Now, you are telling me I won't receive it while I've been beyond patiently waiting for 3 months? (CSF #2; someone isn't being accountable for what they told me) Do you understand the frustration yet? My complaints are based on solely on what I was told. I was originally told 2 weeks turn-around for shirts and hats (Outstanding). I said I approve design cost if under $200 on day one. I showed up the following week needing to approve a $75 design charge (one week lost not great). (CSF #3, I told them under $200 design charge was fine but yet delayed for $75 approval), I expected to pay for design and the set-up for embroiderer that was not an issue. I wanted results. People were sick ( It happens, not mad just offput with aforementioned delay). I was mischarged late on a Friday and I was refunded after the weekend. (Problem resolved, wrong invoice in the box, no sweat) I was told $6-7 a print and was charged $13. (CSF#4, quite the price shift) I was never told the cost per print was increased based on where shirts were purchased! Furthermore, I felt encouraged if I found a better deal to go with it (CSF #5.) " if you can find it cheaper go for it" ($100 saved is $100 saved, wrong) I thought I did, only to find out at billing it cost me more! So yes, I paid what you charged me even if I was told differently. I expressed the issues clearly, no budge, so I moved on. I was offered an extra items as a compromise. Did I receive extra items? ( CS#6, you investigate inventory) Service rep writes down this list : 6 colors (white, black, yellow, blue, brown, tan) (CS#7; why did we even waste time listing the colors and agreeing for 6 colors?) Shirts have no white but hats do?... (Looking back at the proof, that is my fault for not seeing the grey, what at a glance with screen glare looked white next to brown and black) I had no issue with the hats other than the email price miscommunication ( which I'll even take accountability for as a simple-minded individual) and not being trimmed ( CSF #8, did not check product before handing it to customer). Every conversation up to this point was cost per unit, ( price per hat) email was $50 cost total increase but not explained so I misinterpreted it as $50 per hat. (You didn't charge me for the misunderstanding, thank you for doing the right thing.) I think the interpretation of my happiness was that I finally got my product after being dragged out for an additional month. To prove no hard feelings I sent another friend as a client for y'all. I'm not here to throw people under the bus, I think your staff is friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. I could have gone online and ordered, but I wanted to support local even if it cost more. See, I disagree with your statement. " I do apologize, not for poor customer service, because you are not happy as a customer." (CS # 7, I'm expressing issues I had with your company and it is a bit condescending). Customer service is what makes the experience for the customer...They go hand-in-hand. I us

The staff here are always friendly and responsive! As long as things are in stock, items get done in a timely manner. We love working with them for our sideline cheer teams!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute joke and it baffles me that they are still in business. I have never heard of someone going here and not having an error with their order. Very unprofessional and they take months to embroider ONE GARMENT.
