I used their services because they said they would try to solve the problem as quickly as possible and that I would save a lot of money. I had an issue with the hub on a wheel, the same problem was fixed at another shop for $500, while they charged me $1,300 for just 3 hours of work. I don't recommend this shop to anyone; you will see for yourself after you deal with them.

We have been to this shop twice in the last couple of months. The first time my semi was leaking coolant. Their team stayed late and worked quickly to get the radiator replaced and the truck back on the road. The second time we had some headlight and wiring issues. I knew the truck would be in that area so I gave Regie a call. It was getting late but his response was, send him through! We are grateful for Regie and his team and we now have a new go-to when the trucks are in this area and need something done.

They also post used parts on Facebook as a junk yard for semi's, Came to pick up an old APU, could not get any good information over the phone, so I drove over there, agreed on the price over the phone because he wasnt there. Mechanic loaded it on my pick up,(nice guy by the way) and we couldn't find the controller. Used controller is about $300 on eBay. He called the boss, (Regie Schofield) the guy pulled up, and the first thing he said, was " pay me my money I gotta go" I said we can't find a controller, thought he would help look for it, he said you ether pay me or I will charge you for loading and off loading it. Acted very cocky, and rude, dropped $50 off after a little argument.I was happy I found this place at first, they got bunch of cascadias for part and I'm only 40 minutes away, but after this experience, I'll get my parts elsewhere.

was on the way from vacation and we got a flat tire with no other way of getting home, other than buying a new tire or getting a patch, and they patched our tire in short time so we could continue driving the next 4 hours. they came over and did it as quick as they could as busy as they were. honestly a great experience, very thankful we went to Big Truck Tire Repair before anyone else.

Traveled thru area for work and had a flat on my 3/4 ton the guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road seemed to be a great bunch of guys
