“I’ve struggled to find a gym where I feel supported and comfortable for a long time, but Pure Barre Fairfax has changed that for me. I started at this location a month ago and it is the best money I have ever spent! The instructors are friendly and helpful and always available to help you customize your workout to work with your level of mobility and flexibility, and the community is very friendly and welcoming. There’s no need to feel shy or awkward at barre - everyone is there because they want to be. It has been a great way for me to decompress at the end of a long work day and really make time more me. You won’t regret joining this gym - I can promise you that!”
“I've been coming to this Macy's for years now. However, If you were to ask me what side of the mall it is located, I'd have no idea! I just google map my way here. There is a parking garage conveniently located at one entrance (maybe more...) of the store.
This store has changed a lot compared to 10..20 years ago. There are fewer customer service desks on each level, making it harder to find someone to ask questions to or just to check out. There are some employees on the floor putting clothes away, but are still hard to find.
They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. I personally found it hard to find what I was looking for, but that could also be because I haven't been there in a while.”

“I was not even aware that there was a Madewell location in Fairfax. I was going to return a pair of pants I ordered online and wanted to try on a different size. One thing I was not exactly thrilled with was the lack of close parking but that’s not the stores fault. It was a nice clean store and every employee was nice and attentive which i appreciated. The store is nicely laid out and has a pretty large selection given its size. I had no trouble getting a dressing room and dressing the help w the items I was looking at. All in all, a very nice store w great customer service. I will definitely be going back. I love Madewell items, especially their purses/ backpacks etc.”

“Every experience I’ve had here has been exemplary. They have a manager who leads by example, you don’t even know she’s the manager when you meet her because she’s on the floor doing the same tasks her employees do.
The customer service from the manager down to the lowest employee has always been perfect, they should give workshops to other companies about how to do customer service right.
I’ve had horrible experiences at other Loft stores, my experiences at this location are the only reason I still shop at Loft.”
