“I cannot express how satisfied I am with shopping at this Talbots location. The service is truly exceptional! A couple of weeks ago, I came in with my mom, and she suddenly started coughing so hard it brought her to tears, almost like an allergic reaction. The store staff immediately came over, kindly offered her a seat, and asked if she would like some water. Their care and attentiveness meant so much to us.
On top of that, we enjoyed wonderful customer service throughout our shopping. All the sales representatives were so professional, dressed beautifully, with lovely hairstyles and makeup. It really added to the pleasant atmosphere.

“Every experience I’ve had here has been exemplary. They have a manager who leads by example, you don’t even know she’s the manager when you meet her because she’s on the floor doing the same tasks her employees do.
The customer service from the manager down to the lowest employee has always been perfect, they should give workshops to other companies about how to do customer service right.

“I don't know why I don't shop here more often. I mean, I do... it's because I went from living walking distance away to a 20 minute drive, which really isn't any excuse. Because any time I go here, I find something totally adorable and unique. My latest trip was brought on by the birthday coupon I was pleasantly surprised to see in my email. So I dropped in on my latest trip to Mosaic and saw so many colorful things that are totally my style. It renewed my memory that I should stop by more often than just when they send me a birthday coupon.”

“Jjill saved my life. I had a life event where I lost memory for a time. I came home to a house I didn't remember, a dog who knew he was my dog, but who I didn't remember. My husband had to travel and often I was confused about who's clothes were who's in our closet. I found myself wearing his shirts, they felt comfortable, familiar, and safe. I was in the mall one day and passed a Jjill. I didn't remember any of the stores in the mall, but I went in to look around. When I tried pants on, it felt like magic! I have a boys cut on the bottom, no hips, barely a bottom! I could never find pants that fit me right. For the first time in my life, I felt like myself! I felt comfortable in my own skin. I ended up buying a new wardrobe. The clothes were stylish, age appropriate, but hip and young looking. I couldn't remember myself before I Iost my memory, but I felt like this was who I am. I felt good when I went out, I didn't look frumpy! I had avoided doing things because I didn't have anything to wear. All of sudden, I was EXCITED to get dressed. I felt PRETTY. My young daughter had never seen me wear women's clothes per say. Not that she could remember. She has said now, as a grownup, how wonderful it was for her. To realize we liked similar things and she was always proud to be seen with me. She thought all the other mothers looked older and I looked young because of how I dressed. What mattered to me, was that I could express myself thru the clothes and was confident in how I traveled thru the world. I am so truly grateful. And it's never changed. I am now 67 years old. This summer's clothes were, in my opinion, the best and most beautiful Jjill has ever done. The colors were amazing! I am proud to wear them. They save my life in a figurative way literally every single day! I will be forever grateful!”
“My mother can no longer shop at Chicos due to her age and health. But she still likes to look nice. One of the fashion consultants at Chicos has been there many years and knows my mother. When I go in she knows exactly what size my mother wears and she helps me to find things that my mother would like. Customer service is excellent, it’s always a pleasure.”
“I've been coming to this Macy's for years now. However, If you were to ask me what side of the mall it is located, I'd have no idea! I just google map my way here. There is a parking garage conveniently located at one entrance (maybe more...) of the store.
This store has changed a lot compared to 10..20 years ago. There are fewer customer service desks on each level, making it harder to find someone to ask questions to or just to check out. There are some employees on the floor putting clothes away, but are still hard to find.
They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. I personally found it hard to find what I was looking for, but that could also be because I haven't been there in a while.”

She took time at the beginning of our appointment to go over how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how I typically maintain and care for it, and what I typically do to style it.
