This was the first time that I could not return my order. I bought a ankle protector from this store. I tried it and it was too small. I exchanged a large one. However it was still too small. I went back again, and asked for a return. The cashier said I open the box, and it was not allowed to return anymore. I couldn't believe what I heard. Very bad store. I think that is why not so many customers there. Do not visit this store.

Have been on hold for the pharmacy for over 45 minutes... 30 minutes ago, the automated message said there was just 1 caller ahead. Either they are very understaffed or the ones working there should be fired...

Joan S., the pharmacist manager was so unnecessarily rude and unprofessional on 9/14/22 that I decided to leave a review.I needed a glucose monitor, prescribed for my cat by her veterinarian. Couldn't find it anywhere but this Walgreens. I'm waiting on line and she comes up to a window that had a big red sign in it saying, "next window please" and says "what can I do for you," but never takes the sign down. So I'm talking to her over the sign and I hand her the prescription the vet sent me electronically - which I printed - and before I could say a word she condescendingly says, "what is this? A photocopy?..." she turns it over and then back and continues, "we don't accept photocopies." Then she looked at me angrily. I said, "this is for my cat. my vet sent this prescription to me last night via email because my cat was just diagnosed with diabetes," and I showed her the email with the actual prescription attached on my phone from the vet's email address." I continued, "They didn't know where I could find one of these devices so I'm bringing the prescription with me everywhere today, and I only have today because it had to be "attached" to her tomorrow morning."Meanwhile, she's looking back at the prescription, nodding her head up and down while I'm talking, and then said, "it's federal law and I won't break federal law for you." Unreal. Major hostility in her voice - like I asked her to dispense controlled substances. I replied, "I have printed out a copy of the prescription the vet sent me for this diabetic device for a cat, she's very sick, hence my urgency. This is not a photocopy. And this [showing her my email again] is the signed original - it's just in electronic form."She said she needed to call the vet to get them to send a prescription directly to them but she couldn't "work on it" until the afternoon. Said she'd text me when it was ready so I could come back and pick it up.Joan S with all her 15 years of people-pleasing experience and devotion to her patients - as mentioned on the Walgreens website - never called the vet, never called me, never followed up on anything. I had to cancel my vet appt, start from scratch today, but guess what... I got the Rx filled at another chain in 20 minutes. This "Federal law" must be up for interpretation when an employee feels like doing their job. And I'm lucky because as I said, my cat is very sick. This inexcusable attitude and lack of work ethic is shameful. From beginning to end. There is no excuse. I never walked into a Walgreens before yesterday and I never will again. Zero stars.

Really glad they have a drive through pharmacy. The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they just don't care but overall, glad to have this easy access location with a drive thru.

My mother got a call from Wallgreens that her prescription was ready. When i went to pick it up the prescription wasnt filled because they needed to get a new prescription for refills from the doctor. Which could have easily been communicated over the phone. The lady who was at the desk was not helpful and was beyond rude to my questioning of why we kept getting calls that the prescription was ready when thete was no way for the prescription to be ready.

I had terrible experience in this branch today. I booked COVID test online, it is drive through, I explained on the phone when I was booking that I am a senior and do not drive. I was told it was ok. I went to walls green. The older woman in pharmacy section refused the test because I was not in a car. She stopped other pharmacist who wanted to help and argued with manger that it was a protocol and must be obeyed. meanwhile they made me stay outside in this cold Weather for 40 minutes. When I complained I was asked to leave otherwise she will call the security. The rudeness and unwillingneas to help was shocking. I was forced to order a lyft so I could sit in a car to have a test. Discussing treatment for seniors from WALGREENS. WALGREENS HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT THEIR JOB IS TO SERVE HUMAN NOT CARS.

This location is on Nutley Street with the bank across from Micro Center, and it seems to be a little bit out of the way, but they have everything and the pharmacy is usually well-stocked.

Unorganized terrible pharmacy. Came in for flue shot and Covid booster. They print out the questionnaire I already filled out on line. I told them I already filled out on line she said I needed to do it again. Then they bring me the paperwork it has only Covid booster. I said I also want the flu shot. She mumbles something about having to redo the paperwork. Walks off comes back and says pharmacist does not recommend doing both. Get another job if you hate the one you are doing.

Went to this store for both my flu shot and my covid vaccine. Treatment was very good (with the one exception of the pharmacy clerk who misdirected us and delayed our immunizations). The area they use for vaccines is clean, well cared for. The persons (and this was 2 different visits, 2 different persons giving the injections) were professional, were careful about giving the injections with good aseptic technique and deserve to know it. We also purchased a card, then returned it. They were kind, professional and easy to work with.

5/5/21 This Walgreens is one I almost never go to. It is far away from where I normally shop, but it is well organized and clean. The mens bathroom could use a touch up and a new urinal deodorizer Today I went looking for earache drops for my wife. I lucked out by acquiring the last one on the shelf. I did not see it when I was looking for it so I asked for some assistance. A new female pharmacist was able to find what I obviously missed. Hey, sometimes a fresh pair of eyes work wonders. I looked around and saw nearly everything was in pristine order. Some stuff was missing or empty and could use some restocking, but otherwise everything was fine. I did not see many employees and I was pretty much left to myself. This is fine. Upon finding everything I need, I headed for the cashier. The manager rung me up and wish me a good evening. All in all, this place isn't bad. I will have to keep this place in mind more often.

Pharmacy staff definitely need to improve their customer service. They are slow, challenged and impolite. What seemed like the pharmacy manager or pharmacist helps the situation none. Recommend for retraining. Suggest the Harris Teeter at Avenir instead, or any of the other pharmacies in the Pan Am shopping area.

This review is specific to the pharmacy drive-thru. First, the speaker in the drive-thru is horrible. I can barely hear the pharmacist, which repeatedly appears annoyed when I ask them to repeat what they are saying. Second, the pharmacist does not use the bar on the drawer to hold down the papers and credit cards. During one visit, my credit card fell into the door. Because the speaker did not work well, I kept screaming that my credit card fell. They just looked confused at me. It wasn't until I moved my car, got out, and approached the window on foot motioning a credit card boxy hand signal that they even knew what I was talking about. Two suggestions for management: (1) get a tray or container of some kind for the drive-thru drawer to keep items better contained and (2) update your speaker system.

I felt like the pharmacist blew me off today when I asked about the shingle hot. She (a Korean woman) was not helpful at all. She answered my first question and then acted like she didn't want to talk to me any more. This is poor customer service.

I had been out of my medicine for 4 days and went to fill my prescriptions. The pharmacist said I needed approval from my insurance company, and my doctor had to request it. After waiting 2 hrs I left. I went back to the pharmacist at 6:00 pm and a different pharmacist said the brand name was covered. I had a funny feeling about the day pharmacist, she has been passive/aggressive before, careful not to have anything that can be documented. Finally got my medicine and my bp down. The day pharmacist is not listed on my prescription, but she is a Asian woman in her 30's Not the first problem according to yelp.
