Bank employees are trying to push you away from using Wells Fargo. They are trying to bankrupt Wells Fargo so they can get bought out by another bank....? Not sure why but I tried to open account, they told me you can't. Very weird BANK.Wells Fargo bank, you can clearly see from all the reviews your bank has problems. Fire them all and start fresh.

I recently visited Wells Fargo bank with the intention of opening a new account, something I've been considering for a while as a loyal customer. However, my experience at this branch was incredibly disappointing.I arrived approximately 45 minutes before closing time, hoping to complete the account opening process efficiently. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that it would take over an hour to set up a new account, citing the proximity to closing time as the reason which I understood. Their explanation was accompanied by an unpleasant attitude, with remarks about having to leave on time to pick up their kids.The rudeness and lack of professionalism from all the staff members were disheartening. The situation escalated when the manager, who should have been a model of customer service, displayed an even more rude demeanor.What made matters worse was the fact that I had driven over an hour to reach this bank. The time investment, combined with the uncooperative staff, made for an unpleasant and frustrating experience.In contrast, my bank by my home always completes account openings in 30 minutes or less, providing a much smoother process. This stark contrast only added to my disappointment with Wells Fargo's service.Overall, I understand where they were coming from and was happy to leave since they could not help me but I cannot recommend visiting this branch. The staff's rude behavior and the unnecessarily long wait time are not indicative of good customer service. A simple apology and honesty about the time constraints would have been appreciated. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the bank to improve its services and treat customers with the respect they deserve.

Called bank to ask a question to the banker. A girl picked up and said “HELLOOO”, as if I was bothering her. No name or introduction to herself. I asked her a question and she hung up the phone.I called again and she picked up and hung up the phone again. Very rude!I get it’s the end of the day, but if you can’t be nice to customers probably best to work in a different place where this kind of behavior is okay.

I took an appointment to open a new checking account and stopped by Fairfax Branch today. I was told by staff that my appointment has been shifted by the system to another time and I have to come back again. This rally unprofessional. Will never come back again to Wells fargo.!

The people working this branch are top notch, they are personable and easy to work with.I come to this branch when the bankers in the bankers in the branch closer to my house are giving me hard time. So far, I have not have issues here. I will start coming to this branch first and saving my self the hassle.

I have an account with Wells Fargo, and l came today to notarize a document. 4 employees were there, and only one was working. They told me: we are “booked” for today, you need to do an appointment online!Clearly no one want to work at this branch!

I have an account with this bank and they refuse to cash my check. Ended up going to the bank the check was written for which was SunTrust. SunTrust ended up cashing the check for me but my own bank wouldn't. Wells Fargo worst customer service bank ever. STAY AWAY.
