We have a company account, but service is awful, management are so arrogant that is not even funny! We are a new business but we can't get change??? Tellers are clueless that they have to ask everything to a manager that thinks he is the best think that happen to this bank...wrong...can you believe that Bank of America provide us change??? Shame on you guys...

Meerim was exceptionally friendly and helpful despite me coming 30 min before closing on a Friday. She also speaks fluent Russian which is a great resource for any fellow Russian foreigners. Thanks Meerim - keep up the great work!

Every time we visit this bank we are impressed and it's a positive experience from the moment we enter until the time we leave. Everyone is friendly and engaging and everyone knows their job. If you need a service they will understand it and walk you carefully through the process to get it done. Seriously, this bank has better customer service than a lot of high-priced resorts and whatever the management is doing here is working. Well done!

I was a 20+ year customer of Signet, First Union, Wachovia, and briefly Wells Fargo. The reason I left was deplorable customer service. This afternoon at 4:59pm I pulled up to the branch at 10944 Fairfax Blvd and the lady at the door looked at me get out of my car and locked the door. Unfortunately I was here to ask about re-opening an account. Fortunately for me I was reminded why I left in the first place. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BANK WITH WELLS FARGO - ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Sucked me dry with interest on my mortgage. The right hand does not know what the left is doing. Customer service is not a priority to this bank. Not good about returning calls. If you are a person in dire need of help this is not the bank to go to. These people are heartless.

Incredibly rude and dismissive staff that spend more time low-talking and side-eyeing than being supportive, compassionate and apologetic. Oh, and the side by side cubicles there make it very easy for a clerk who's having a bad day to air your business. It was nice to put on a show for an audience, one of which was a banker himself and should've known not to eavesdrop. Worst service I've ever had. Absolutely cold and unemotional staff who spent more time saying "nothing I can do" than "I'm sorry, let me try to help." I don't recommend this place, at all. So bad I filed a complaint with the company itself.

Unfortunately, I was looking back at my statements and the issues I thought I had resolved with my account were still being charged and when I tried to call to get it fixed I was put through an automated system for 15 minutes and then because of the high volume of callers the answering system then hung up on me. I'm saddened that I have to update this review this way because it really did seem like the people who took care of me at this location did genuinely care about my happiness with this bank, however I cannot uphold the original five stars I gave to them because my original issue was not solved.

The staff is very nice. I came in a crowded time and I saw how a staff actually tried to help you while you're in line. I actually issued my cards from here and for every question and problem I've had, they helped me out.

TERRIBLE bank, I've never had such horrible service. I used to come here regularly after I switched banks but realized that it's not worth it. They made things very difficult when I switched from B of A and almost made me want to run back!! Slow service and very understaffed, I've actually been looked over after sitting and waiting for 20 minutes with one other person who was waiting only 5! Fix this branch, the only plus is that it has a drive thru ATM....and EVERY bank has that!
