Pharmacist was unbelievably rude, and would not allow me to fill my prescription 2 minutes after 5 o clock. The service is so bad. The leadership here needs to review their customer service and make possibly some changes in the pharmacy staff.

I"ve used this pharmacy for over a year, and have always been very pleased. I've had issues with my medications occasionally that were clearly problems my insurance, with the staff at my doctors' offices, and with copay cards, but the staff at this pharmacy helped me solve those problems, even though they didn't make the problems.

I don’t write reviews often but out of the say 10 encounters I’ve had here about 8 have been negative. With a few exceptions, the pharmacists here have been rude, unfriendly, and condescending. I’ve never been asked if I have a question about a medication and the one time I asked I was met with condescending annoyance - sorry for being a first time mom and not knowing how to administer something. Other times I’ve been treated like I’m a nuisance or with irritation. This is the most convenient pharmacy but may need to change because I don’t deserve to be treated like an annoyance when I’m asking for the most basic customer service.

I have used this pharmacy for years and as of recently I am beyond upset with their service. Repeatedly I have had refill requests “sent” to my doctor, and when I call back for an update I’m told it was never sent. This time after speaking to a tech I’m told it was sent and hasn’t been answered. I work in a medical field and I truly understand the hustle of it, but to be so unorganized and to lie to your clients is absurd.

I am profoundly dissatisfied and disillusioned with the customer service and integrity of the pharmacy. Despite the ongoing national shortage, I had explicitly requested multiple times in person for the lower dosage of my medication to be reserved until the higher dosage became available. I was assured that this would be possible. Due to “time” they put my medication back on the shelf, causing it to no long become available. The situation worsened as I navigated between my insurance and repeated calls to Wegmans, where I was consistently placed on hold for over 20 minutes. This unacceptable level of customer service was compounded by their failure to hold my prescription until both were ready for pick up. Additionally, their saver program has been inoperative for more than two weeks, significantly inflating my out-of-pocket expense from $40 to $120 for my prescriptions. This is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

I just spent my first time at Wegmans and let's just say I was wonderstruck, definitely not your typical Trader Joe's. There were many options to eat for a meal and I found most of them fairly enjoyable before I began my shopping. It was busy but I couldn't be one to judge because of the nearing thanks giving. People were friendly and helpful and I see myself going there again, definitely recommend. For anyone looking for cons I will say it was overwhelming at first, so many options and information in your face all at once. TBH reminded me of a Cheesecake Factorys menu because of this.

Fresh foods, ready to eat, bakery, produce, whatever it may be, this place always delivers the best. Don't remember a time where service maybe questionable and I hope that it stays spot on. Place always looks clean.

Called about covid shots after 5 pm and was told they take walk ins and are open until 6 pm today. When I arrived at 5:45 they said they don't do shots after 5:00. Person at pharmacy blamed it on the person on the service center in New York. I am a loyal Wegmans customer but this was really poor customer service.

Love the store! The isles are stocked with fresh bread and danish as well as cookies! The service is pretty good; it's really hard to find things as they're always moving them, and there's not usually the chart, even though they say, there's one on the end of the isles anyway; it's a nice store, and the people are generally helpful, and they have a wide variety of goodies..

Always a great experience at Wegmans. They always have what we need. It is an adventure stopping in for groceries especially those things you need that you can only find at Wegmans.Being from Los Angeles Wegmans is a better choice than Erewhon, Whole Foods, and Gelson's.

Wegmans by far has got to be the greatest grocery store of all time. They carry everything under the sun. They have a huge lunch buffet with so much to choose from. Perfect for grab n go to get back to work. The have a large verity of fresh seafood, grilling meats, fresh produce and an awesome bakery. I wish we had one in the Cleveland area but we don't. Maybe one day.

If I'm ever in Washington DC, which used to be all the time, I visit this location for breakfast, lunch, and sometimes even dinner. Wegmans is like no other supermarket and this location is no exception. The quality is beyond great. The selection is always a huge variety of everything. I have to confess, my close friend lived right next door but/and I shared her passion for the Wegmans experience.Bring your kids to the food court. They'll be occupied and well fed after! Parking is fairly easy, they do get very busy.
