Stacey really paid attention to my personal situation and was very caring and chose the correct type of mammogram for me so I was comfortable! Dr. Salman did my ultra sound and was very informative , skilled and caring! Staff was cheerful and helpful! The place was well run and wait times were reasonable and it was clean! Highly recommend!!

Front desk was friendly and efficient. Wait time was about 45minutes from my scheduled appointment time. Tech was friendly and efficient.

Had been going there for 15 years. However my last 2 visits were a nightmare. Had to wait over an hour past my appointment time both times. When asked the front desk they just tell you, you have to wait longer. No one there cares any more not sure what happened with this practice but just switched to Fairfax Radiology. This practice has become unbearable.

They don't tell you when you check in that they are running over an hour behind and just leave you there waiting. So unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr. Allison was wonderful, and easy to talk to. The ultrasound technician (Sima) for my 20 week anatomy scan did a fantastic job, she knows what she’s doing!

I went to this location two times. Both times were great experiences. The front desk people and everybody else were super nice. Both times I told them I drank a lot of water for preparing for the ultrasound and I really could’t wait long. Both times they were amazing about it and made sure to take me in for the ultrasound as quickly as possible. The technicians doing the ultrasound were super nice as well.

The ultrasound (Suite 200) front desk staff went out of their way to help me today. I’m so grateful to them for advocating for me. I have had positive experiences in the other departments as well, including x-rays in Suite 200 and MRIs on the first floor. It’s not the swankiest Washington Radiology, but I was able to be seen quickly—the next day rather than three weeks at my OB/GYN’s office—and everyone was kind and helpful.

My girlfriend waited for 45 minutes for the appt. The tech was unprofessional and talked about her personal life. She had to wait for 3.5 weeks for results with no comparative studies. She made three phone calls to ask for previous records. but they never requested records to compare. Never go to this office.

Calling for a week and no answer at all. Voicemail no answer. After 10 days someone answered! Complained and obviously they don’t care! Where all these ego and ignorance come from! It’s past covid time you guys did an awesome job and you are a true hero but please what’s all this ego! I am a veteran i swear to god I never use it as a credit to disrespect someone or gain any credit! Long story short after a week someone answered and their answer was we don’t care that’s your business call somewhere else! Who hires these people that don’t even care ! Do you understand the word emergency! It’s shameful! Shame on you all !

I had such an amazing experience! Front desk was so friendly and nice. The center director was greeting all of the patients! Overall, the entire staff was just so great! They made you feel like they all cared about me. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Washington Radiology for some imaging tests, and I must say, the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming environment. The standout aspect of my visit was the remarkably short wait time. It's rare to find a healthcare facility that values your time as much as you do, but here, they clearly do.The highlight of my visit was interacting with Simren. In all my years of navigating the healthcare system, I have never come across someone as kind and compassionate as her. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely caring, making what could have been a stressful experience absolutely delightful.The professionalism and efficiency of the entire team at Washington Radiology deserve high praise. They've set a new standard for what healthcare should feel like. Highly recommended for anyone in need of radiological services!

I have never done a review; this is my very first, and I feel compelled to do it.I called to make an appointment and happened to be on the phone with Shelby Sneed. Upon her answering the phone, Shelby was very rude, loud and talking over me, and not waiting for me to finish my sentence. Shelby told me to email my doctor's order; for me to hold and will get back to me; it took approximately 15-20 minutes to get back to me. I kindly asked her to make another appointment for me; Shelby sounded very upset; short with me and was very loud talking to me. I was placed on hold forever. I eventually hanged up. I felt so compromised to had to withstand such treatment. I needed the appointment so bad that I felt subjected to tolerate such treatment. I went ahead and called again hoping to talk to someone else; I happened to get Ms. Jasmine Jackson on the phone. Ms. Jackson was like a breath of fresh air compared to the ordeal I had just endued with Shelby Sneed. She was very cautious on answering the phone; she asked me to hold on; approximately 2-3 minutes she came back and stated, "ma'am please don't think I ignored you, I'm on the phone helping someone else; I will be right back with you please." That was really professionalism, and a show of reassurance. That is what a patient/client expects and should be treated. When a patient/client call for these appointments, they are already very apprehensive, and worried about what the outcome of results of these tests would be. The last thing that they need is to be treated as if they are a burden. I know sometimes things get busy, but it did not warrant such behaviors. Shelby Sneed should not be on the appointment phone lines. I hope there are more Jasmine Jackson in these kinds of settings. I'm giving 4 stars only because of the outcome of the situation.Ms. Jackson, thank you very much.
