Attached are photos of how my car was returned to me after W.T. repainted my back side passenger door and quarter panel. Basically it looked like they didn’t even polish after painting. Additionally, my car also had overspray stains throughout the entire vehicle, so the car clearly wasn’t prepped or wrapped correctly before painting. The general manager did try to make things right and paid a detailer to remove all the overspray and perform professional paint correction on my newly painted car (yes paint correction on a fresh paint job!?!). However the end result was not satisfactory, as it’s still very obvious the car has had body work done. Pretty bad orange peel, very different gloss levels between factory paint and repainted areas, and the body filler wasn’t wet sanded adequately so it looks bumpy. I’m now paying another shop $800 to fix the problem, as W.T. quoted me an additional $1000 more to fix their work. Nice guys but sloppy work.

Mike does estimates and is very cordial and thorough. The car was completed before the estimated date. The work looks professional.

Had some serious out of pocket repairs due to stupidly cheaping out on insurance coverage. Mike was super helpful, honest, and communicated everything clearly regarding cost and work done. Definitely highly recommend for body work.

I'm really quite impressed with these guys. I've had three repairs done here and every time, they have gone out of the way to be through and complete in getting the repairs done correctly.
When I was in a time crunch, they arranged to order the necessary parts ahead of time to minimize the time I was without my car. When a repair in process uncovered another problem, they called to explain clearly what more was needed, explain to me the options available and give their recommendations. Their estimates have been accurate. The final bill never exceeded the estimate.

As a young female, this shop makes me feel at ease. I drive 20 min to come here because I know and trust they will be honest, fast, and transparent through any issue. I have only used them for mechanic services (luckily) but highly recommended them for any issues you may have.

Mike at WT Autobody is the man. This is the only place I take my cars to get any work done. Never have any issues over the years. I give them 10 stars every time.

My car was delivered when promised and the repair was excellent. It was even washed and vacuumed. Store personnel (Mike) is very helpful and professional.

Just had my Lincoln repaired here after a fender bender caused over $4K worth of work. This place is fantastic. Jason in particular was great. Always always answers the phone. The work was done in budget and in a expected amount of time using certified parts. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. They called me as soon as it was complete and washed the car before I arrived. Workmanship is excellent!
