Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Barely greeted at entry, left to walk around looking w/o being asked to help, both employees on their phones the entire time I was there. Even checked out by employee still on his phone.

I am a frequent customer for Vitamin shoppe and I had an online order, however someone on the team missed one of my products and wasn't able to complete my order due to not having the flavor I wanted in stock. Manager Ricky delivered excellent customer service and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience, he also threw a tasty energy drink, that says everything about customer service and the delivery was impeccable! Since the CO reads these reviews here I promised a review for Ricky, make sure you guys promote this guy for having a great service mindset and for truly taking care of the brand.Kudos!! Alex.

One of the best supplement stores in the area, you can probably find anything you need there, and the staff is always willing to help and supportive, and it's fun and interesting to converse with them.Every time I go to the store, I don't have to keep introducing myself because Ricky and the staff are so friendly they will remember you very well and suggest with the best products. They also educated me on how to use supplements properly for improved well-being. Overall it's a solid 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone trying to new products.

There was a sale on ghost energy drinks and when I got there there were only three left. As I was checking out the cashier said "those are mine." Terrible customer service to stockpile items and not sell to customers. I won't be back. There are places with better customer service.

Super nice staff, never try to upsell, and always helping me out with discounts and coupons. Friendliness is very important in retail these days, and this staff is always very kind and helpful .

I had a great experience today at Vitamin Shoppe. An employee named Jeeseob helped find EXACTLY what I was looking for and helped to recommend other products that I could also be looking for. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions and I really couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you Vitamin Shoppe, and thank you Jeeseob! I'll definitely be here again.
