Today from the guy manning the front desk wearing a Benjamin Moore hat and shirt: "I don't know I don't paint" and, I don't know anything about paint. Unhelpful, rude, short, not friendly. Why be like this?

Needed a color match. Went to Sherwin Williams in Chantilly. They refused to sell me paint because I wanted to touch up an area and said I would not be satisfied. I went to Benjamin Moore and Santos and crew matched it perfectly and it looks great.

Zero stars! The woman sitting at the front desk was rude, cranky and not helpful. I thought she was supposed to help with color matching. She says she doesn't recommend anything. I left for Home Depot. I won't be back.

I have been buying paint and Sundries here for over 25 years and I can tell you this is easily the best paint store I've ever been to and I've been to many. Carol and Bill and staff at every store go out of their way to accommodate you with your product order. They also give you very good advice if needed and have very helpful suggestions as every project is different.

The service is usually fast when you know what you want and when you don't know, they are very patient and helpful in making sure you get exactly what you want. The paints are definitely on the pricier side, but I can't say enough good things about the Benjamin Moore line of paints.

The guys in the back of the store are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and I would have given this business a 5 star rating for them if it hadn't been for the lady out in front. She's a bit too opinionated on many topics (e.g. my wife's outfits, the way I refer to our child etc).

Have purchased paint from this store on 3 separate occasions throughout the year. Each time the staff was friendly and helpful. Even helped me carry the heavy cans to the car. Prices could be a bit better, but I prefer the knowledge and help they provide over your typical hardware store.
