I recently had a disappointing experience at Verizon. When I visited, the staff member I spoke with was not only unhelpful and lacking in basic knowledge but also exhibited racist behavior. She instructed us to return later when the agent who had assisted us with our plan would be available. Additionally, the other staff members seemed unaware of the situation and were unable to provide any assistance. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

After spending over two hours here to get set up with a new cell plan and WiFi, I returned home to find the 5G WiFi was not eligible at my home, and I was charged for a phone device payment though I signed up for a promotional deal in which I should receive the phone for free. I then went to another Verizon store and they advised they should not have sold me that - and that even though this Fairfax store said I needed to have technicians come to install new fios (even though I already have a fiber drop; they insisted it was DSL???!), the new store said I would be able to do a self install. While the customer service agent was nice, going to this store was a very frustrating experience. I highly recommend going to the Chantilly store instead.

We as a family have been customers of this Verizon Stores for more than 20 years and always have had very pleasant experience in all our dealings.
In context here is the exemplary, professional and outstanding services provided to me and my family by Matt Nazari. Matt is very kind, sincere, knowledgeable and courteous Service Rep who always shares his best recommendations and any specials or key deals that customers like and could consider on procuring a new equipment or an upgrade of the existing phone.
Matt is very patient and helpful and serves with a smile by placing customers at ease and and no anxiety. Thanks a lot, Matt for all you did for us.
Recommend to request or call Matt's Service at this Store for all your upgrades and new phone purchases.

Had a 10/10 experience with Justin, never had someone so patient willing to help us out with our purchase. If you need any type of help you want to ask for Justin, he will give nothing but a positive experience everytime. Great staff and a very comfortable store couldn't have had a better experience.

went to the Verizon in Fair Oaks Mall… terrible, no help no suggestions so mundane. Decided to come here and glad we did! Bryant was so amazing and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made the process of buying a phone, smooth. Would have been a 5 star review, just wished there was a conversation about the charger being a USB-C, had to buy an adaptor last minute, other than that he was amazing! also when I returned the phone; the guy that helped us wasn’t bryant but he was not as welcoming. Ask for Bryant if you decide to come here

Don’t shop here for accessories, they sold me a defective product and refused to exchange it for me. Only a $20 it we l I guess they needed the money more than I did. After refusing to exchange the employee actually accused me of being disingenuous and said I broke it. Buyers beware don’t by your accessory here

This is the worst store and the worst people who work in that store. I have read previous reviews so I'm not the first one, they tried to stole my phone when I return it they didn't even give me confirmation number tracking number. So I have to take three days off to go and deal with them and they still didn't help me out so I had to call customer service dozen times and finally they help me out. Please guys be aware of those people who work there and if you have an opportunity never go there!
