“The hotel staff were outstanding. The rooms were pretty nice and the location was very walkable. The weekend that I stayed there was a festival weekend. The parking lot next door fills up makes it difficult to come and go as your please, but other than that it's a solid location. There is a good amount of food and shops and even a movie theatre directly nearby.”

“My first experience with this hotel was staying here for business purposes. The rooms are always clean, the people are always friendly and helpful. The location is great and there is a good amount of parking. We recently had employees stay here for the summer, the staff was exceptional to work with. They were always helpful, quick to respond, and all-around amazing. I can't say enough. I work with a lot of hotels and by far this is one of the best! I look forward to continuing to stay here and working with them!”
“We booked the Half Performance Space at Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center for our baby shower, and we were thrilled with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Ryan, in particular, kept us well-informed and engaged through email leading up to the event. The entire process was organized and punctual. The staff arranged the tables and chairs exactly as we had requested. Should I require a party venue in the future, I will certainly reach out to this venue again. I highly recommend the center!”
“Very nice shopping center. Multiple parking lots in walking distance to shops, restaurants, theater. Lovely small park for family rest area in middle area. Theater building is lovely, clean, spacious. Was able to buy tickets inside. Also able to scan prebought ticket inside, at separate location. Plenty of concession space. Wide halls to many individual theaters. Multiple restrooms. Very comfortable recliner seats. Note: Small Theater sound very loud. Suggest turning off any hearing aids!”

“Incredible room! So comfortable! Refrigerator, stove, microwave…and all the pans, plates and silverware you would need to be comfortable. Check-in was great! Adonis made sure my father and I had adjoining rooms on the first floor to accommodate his disability. It was so easy. Great place! We will make sure to come here when we travel again to this area.”

“The service is great but the bathroom design is quite weird. The shower tap was coming off and the water stays in the bathtub for a long time. No mirror inside is really bad but apart from that it was a nice hotel to stay at.”

“Great hotel in a great location. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby and it's a short drive to the Vienna Metro station (orange line) to Washington D.C. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all nice. Keep in mind that if you book through a third party like Priceline you can save some money but you might not get any options for upgrading or included breakfast. The restaurant is pricey! I paid $20 for 3 pancakes and a cup of milk.Rooms: Rooms are very clean and comfortable.Food & drinks: The restaurant in the hotel is pricey but there are lots of other dining options nearby.”

“I served this country in the United States Navy for over 38 years as an enlisted Sailor and then as a Naval Officer. I had major aspirations that my retirement would be flawless (at least close to it). I was disappointed that things did not go as planned. Even after numerous discussions and final walk throughs, it fell short of amazing. We had 4 major setbacks/shortcomings which are not indicative of a major venue specializing in creating memories. They included substitutions for promised top shelf champagne and 3 of the plated items that were incorrect. We have used the Waterford twice before and now Crystal View and this is the first time that our service was “partly cloudy.” We miss Brittany and Ms. Andrea as they were on point and consistently delivered above and beyond expectations.

Initially I had a negative experience as noted. However CrystalView reached out to me and after several discussions with staff and management and after reviewing all the facts in detail, CrystalView understood our issues and satisfied us appropriately for the inconvenience. Their efforts to make things right have changed my opinion and I am now pleased with their service.”
