“Beautiful space built in 1900. The bottom floor has a large open room that can be rented out with bathrooms. The top floor has an art gallery. Nice stop while in Fairfax.”

“The hotel staff were outstanding. The rooms were pretty nice and the location was very walkable. The weekend that I stayed there was a festival weekend. The parking lot next door fills up makes it difficult to come and go as your please, but other than that it's a solid location. There is a good amount of food and shops and even a movie theatre directly nearby.”
“My first experience with this hotel was staying here for business purposes. The rooms are always clean, the people are always friendly and helpful. The location is great and there is a good amount of parking. We recently had employees stay here for the summer, the staff was exceptional to work with. They were always helpful, quick to respond, and all-around amazing. I can't say enough. I work with a lot of hotels and by far this is one of the best! I look forward to continuing to stay here and working with them!”

“Very nice shopping center. Multiple parking lots in walking distance to shops, restaurants, theater. Lovely small park for family rest area in middle area. Theater building is lovely, clean, spacious. Was able to buy tickets inside. Also able to scan prebought ticket inside, at separate location. Plenty of concession space. Wide halls to many individual theaters. Multiple restrooms. Very comfortable recliner seats. Note: Small Theater sound very loud. Suggest turning off any hearing aids!”
“Snow day? S-no problem with Luv 2 Play! Seriously though, we came on a day that Fairfax county schools were closed and it was a lifesaver. Staff were nice. Facilities were clean. The kids ran around and burned off a lot of extra energy. What more can I ask for?”

Cons: no hot water for 2 days, some construction noise , not the cleanest but it’s ok & lil outdated.

“Great hotel in a great location. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby and it's a short drive to the Vienna Metro station (orange line) to Washington D.C. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all nice. Keep in mind that if you book through a third party like Priceline you can save some money but you might not get any options for upgrading or included breakfast. The restaurant is pricey! I paid $20 for 3 pancakes and a cup of milk.Rooms: Rooms are very clean and comfortable.Food & drinks: The restaurant in the hotel is pricey but there are lots of other dining options nearby.”

“The service is great but the bathroom design is quite weird. The shower tap was coming off and the water stays in the bathtub for a long time. No mirror inside is really bad but apart from that it was a nice hotel to stay at.”
