“Yesterday we bought a car from DARCARS Pre-Owned Fairfax. Israel is a pleasure to work with so be sure to ask for him! The reason I cannot give this dealership 5 stars is because I am comparing it to the service I received at DARCARS Volvo (which is next door and has impeccable service). My main complaint is that the whole transaction took an excessive amount of time. I do understand that it was partially was due to a new salesperson being trained however it took us several hours. Overall, it was a good experience. I would consider buying another car from this dealership.”

“Purchased a car remotely from them in 2016, and has been a great car for the last 9 years. I had it shipped to FL from VA. Made the whole remote purchase easy for us to arrange transportation. Carfax was clean, but somebody had repainted the rear quarters from a rear impact. It was never disclosed and even the auto shop down the road that inspected it for me also didn't mention it. Still has been a great car, though. Outside of routine brakes and oil changes, I've only had a $70 camshaft sensor and a $40 evap canister fail, and $250 ignition coils, all of which are normal issues with these cars.”
