If you need to basic services (amazon returns, mailing prepaid packages, etc.) its fine, but anything beyond that, I'd recommend going elsewhere. The main lady who works here is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. If there was another UPS store close to me, I'd prefer to go there. She has a chip on her shoulder and seems to take her frustrations out on customers. Unfortunate

I would give this place a zero star if possible. The only have one machine to print every time you’re done it does a re-log that takes like five minutes to do. It allows you to try and print something that they’re not set up to print and then when you try and tell them that you got charged for it the person who doesn’t speak any good English says that it’s a separate system and that they can’t do anything about it. Howyou don’t let people try and print something that the printer isn’t set up to print, it’s a freaking scam. Do not come to this UPS store go to FedEx. This is my last time coming here unless I have to return something for Amazon. Terrible customer service.

Please do not go in the store
Because the customer service there is very very bad and the manager I do some service there manager trying to charge me extra money and I told him to cancel the service and the manager told me the bad word and told me get out from here or I call 911

The rudest people in Fairfax. I go in here often as I have a small business. The women who work in this store are rude on purpose. The responses to the many negative reviews obviously mean nothing as it has been this way for a long time. They must think it funny to be as rude as possible and upset people. If you all hate your customers so much - quit. I dread using UPS because of the people working in this location. The owners / managers will do nothing to correct the horrible rude behavior of the employees in this store. It's bad. Don't go here - find another store or use a different currier. The positive reviews are inaccurate at best.

Extremely poor customer service the team is so unfriendly and the printing price is crazy high they charge 4$ to print one page.. the lady Nicloe is so unprofessional that if the team gave me the right name for her as they refused to share names at the start! You guys need to do something with these employees they are affecting your image

Terrible location, service always sucks. came here to return an eBay package which the return was paid for by the seller, I asked to print the return label for it, they refused and claimed I would have to pay to print the return label. How does that make any sense when the return service has been paid for. Other locations have let me print labels by emailing them to the store, why turn away a paying customer for the cost of 5 cents. I went to another location and print my label easily.
