I found a great UPS store in Fairfax with excellent customer service! It's always worth the extra trip when the staff is friendly and helpful. Their service is really stand out for me to choose them over closer locations.
I really earned my loyalty. It’s great to hear about local businesses that consistently provide such good service.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store on Majestic Ln. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making my visit smooth and efficient. I recently visited this UPS Store for some shipping and printing needs and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure my packages were securely packed and shipped on time. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with all the supplies I needed. Excellent customer service; highly recommended.

I was not made aware of lower cost shipping options. I was told that a cheaper shipping option “didn’t exist” or “wasn’t available”. But when I had went to other UPS stores I was given it with no issue at all. Something fishy and very questionable is happening at this specific location and their odd business decisions do not give me a very good impression of UPS. Please do not go to this location. Literally every other UPS will give you the cheaper shipping options.

UPS is usually great but this specific location is just not it. I walked in last Friday to ship out some shoes and when i got to the payment selection i only had the most expensive option, also they charge so much money for products like boxes, envelopes, and tape, yes even tape is 2$. Bad location with questionable business decisions

I am extremely disappointed with UPS. When I recently shipped a package with them, I discovered that they did not offer me their lowest shipping cost option. Instead, they automatically selected a more expensive service without providing any alternatives or informing me of the cheaper options.
As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty when it comes to pricing. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being taken advantage of, especially when other shipping companies readily provide a range of options to fit different budgets.
I will not be using UPS again and would advise others to look elsewhere for their shipping needs. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more upfront and customer-friendly. Save your money and avoid the headache!

I’m writing this review for my 75-year-old grandmother.
While we’re living in a world where stores generally only care about making more money off of you, this UPS store is an absolute exception; they genuinely care about their customers. My grandmother recently visited the store at Majestic Ln to ship a package overseas and was met with nothing but respect and excellent customer service.
The new store owner, Ali, took it upon himself to help her out, not only with processing her shipment but also by going out of his way to grab the package from her car and bring it inside the store. He also took his time to find the best delivery option and the best price, explaining everything in detail so she wasn’t left confused.
While she absolutely appreciates everything he has done, I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the great staff at the UPS store on Majestic Ln. These folks truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond to deliver (pun intended) the best service possible.

I had a fantastic experience at this UPS store! I've been dropping off my packages here for a while, and I recently opened a mailbox as well. The service has consistently been top-notch. The staff are friendly, efficient, and make the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this location for its excellent service and professionalism.
