Not all UPS stores are the same because the guys here are great!… always helpful, don’t give you the stink eye if you need a label printed and just warm vibes. Keep up the great work boys!

This UPS store has the worst hours. Not open ahead of normal folks work days (before 9), doesn’t open until 12 on Sunday? Find a different location.
You’ll find almost every other store in the area opens earlier and has better Sunday hours!

This location is the worst UPS I’ve ever encountered in my life. The staff that work at this location are insensitive, rude and unkind. Try calling and see if they ever answer the phone, it’s unreal that nobody ever answers. Any other location that I’ve called is able to pick up and answer a question. I went in for fingerprinting at this location and it was the worse experience. They refused to help me or acknowledge that I was repeatedly asking for help. When I left they just stared and shrugged. They don’t care about their customers at all, and direct you to a 1800 number to call where they know nobody will answer. After reporting them to the fingerprinting agency, I was redirected to a UPS store in Gainesville, VA on Atlas Drive and had an incredible experience with the staff walking me through and helping me step by step. Avoid the Fair Lakes location at all costs.

been going to this location for years for ups dropoffs and amazon returns. the people that work here are awesome, consistently friendly and professional. i messed up an amazon return and they fixed it for me before sending it out, which i really wasn't expecting and truly appreciate. they seem like good guys who care about their customers and the quality of their work, definitely my favorite ups location to go to in the area

This store is always the best! They make sure to keep the store nice and tidy and Matthew and Riain are always helpful and friendly whenever I need to send packages or do returns.

I sell on eBay and this is the best delivery office (UPS USPS, FedEx) I have worked with. Rian and Matthew are always helpful and friendly. I also used printing at this office and it was easy and the price was right. Unfortunately, this office is far from my warehouse, so I cannot use it all the time. I sent a heavy parcel here today, Matthew and Rian were great at helping me. Thanks for your work guys, definitely 5 star s!

At the UPS store Allen-Michael was so knowledgeable and professional when helping me. He explained what I needed to know and knew what to tell me with out my even having to ask everything. He was a pleasure to work with and I will only be using the UPS store at East Fair Lakes, in Fairfax VA. I have noticed that not all stores are equal. This store is honest and does the right thing by their customers.Thank you for helping me send my daughter something special along with my Aunt. Oh and the other representative was very nice and polite too.
