Went here for amazon returns. In NO other ups store before this have i been asked to bring product boxes packed in an amazon box, except this one. They were making me pay them for another box to put my product boxes in. I didn’t, took my stuff back to another ups store, and they took the items without asking any questions.
I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

STAY AWAY!!!
I shipped a laptop from this store and they decided not to ship it the way I asked. They instead they transferred it to usps. USPS says they don’t have the package and they employees at the store act like they know the package is not at the store and refuse to even look. I have shipped packages out via other UPS stores and never had an issue. Stay away from this location

I was impressed with how professional, friendly, and helpful the UPS store staff was. Moreover, their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers truly set them apart. I have never experienced such exceptional service at an UPS store before. I will gladly make the extra trip to this UPS location in the future, knowing that I will be well taken care of. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Najia and team, for making my visit such a pleasant one!

Worst customer service I've experienced from The UPS store. The two females working today on a Saturday were completely rude. Bad attitude from the start. A simple question regarding my package turned into rude responses and aggressive attitude. I've been to this location many times during the week and have never experienced such bad customer service or any issues. I will not be going back to this location especially on a Saturday. It is unfortunate because the other employees I've dealt with during the week have been great and nice people.

Completely rude and uncalled behavior. I had a very simple question, is the kind of return label I was given accepted here or not. Instead of just saying no, she berated me and told me I have to buy a label from them for $100. Clearly I would have to take it up with the company who claims free return with their label but the associate just told me in a very snippy tone “good luck”. I’ve never experienced such uncalled behavior before.

I experienced an issue where I was charged more than anticipated, for mailing 5 standard letter-size papers in a letter-size envelope. Despite specifying ground shipping with no urgency, the charges were unexpectedly high for a service with no time limit expectation.
Throughout the conversation, I was displeased with the agent's behavior, and I question why I was charged more than expected. Reflecting on a similar experience two years ago, I have predominantly used FedEx since then. While the difference may be minor, I now find it challenging to trust UPS.

I have been to the UPS on Nutley Street several times and the staff there is very friendly and helpful they have great customer service. I have mailed several packages to my daughter who is away in college and the staff is always so helpful ensuring my packages arrive safely and on time .

The team at the Nutley Street UPS are professional and responsive, always ensuring that my packages are packed and shipped correctly. They have also helped me create many editions of my company’s quarterly catalogs. Their attention to detail and care in their work is unmatched- I trust them to provide a high-quality product for my business.

I usually only come to one of these locations when I'm in a jam and I need to copy or print something while the other less expensive alternative is closed. They do have a self serve computer for use which has been helpful, and you would be hard pressed to find a similar office service and supply store with a computer for customers to use. The store itself is modern and the employees have always been nice to me here. The do charge a lot though for their services however. I'm glad they they are here.
