I went to get my fingerprints done and make an Amazon return. James was very helpful and attentive, especially when my prints weren’t registering clearly on the scanner. Thanks very much!

Bad customer service! Today, I dropped a package that already had a label. It needed a small piece of tape. They refused to tape it unless I pay $3. They told me, "We are not UPS. We are just a franchise." It was kind of rude. To the White guy with the long beard: If you hate dealing with customers, find another job! If you are racist, that's a different story. I see that most of the bad reviews come from people of color. Good reviews come from White people. Isn't that suspicious? I won't go to this store anymore.

Visited the UPS Store for a fingerprint appointment. Dan was excellent and helped make my visit much easier! He greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and asked how he could help me. Dan walked me through the self-service fingerprint process and even stepped in when he saw that I was having difficulty on some of the fingerprint scans. Dan not only made my visit a success, he made it very pleasant as well!
