I have to give this store 5-stars because everyone has been nothing short of exceptional! While the prices are a bit high, that’s to be expected for an on-campus service. I used summer storage both years as an undergrad and always received outstanding service—my boxes were delivered straight to my room, and any questions I had were answered promptly and helpfully. In addition, the staff—especially Dan—has always been incredibly helpful, whether it was guiding me through printing materials or assisting with returning Amazon items. Every time I’ve come in for help, I’ve been met with friendliness and efficiency.

Clean, organized store. Adjacent to Cue Bus stop. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Had a package for to drop off for shipping. In and out in less than 2 minutes. Great experience. Recommended.

Great store- they are fast and they know what they are doing. Hope was the associate who helped me. She right away told me the exact information I needed to know and got my printing done asap. Dan was the manager on duty and he greeted me first thing when I walked in the door. I appreciate a business that pays attention to its customers; it is shocking how often that is not the case these days. Thank you both

I wish I could choose 1 million stars! I also wrote this to Corporate: The staff members at this store were incredibly helpful. This was my THIRD stop trying to take a passport photo for my daughter. The first stop had to upgrade its software, the second refused to even try photographing a child, and THIS ONE welcomed me with open arms--trying a variety of ways to photograph my 1yr old for her passport (and we got the picture)! Not only did they go the extra mile to help me acquire what I needed, but they also had the best attitude. It's not easy photographing a baby, but they accomplished the mission (with multiple tries) and provided excellent customer service while doing so. I'm so appreciative. They valued my time and patronage (not the case with every business nowadays)...and they deserve acknowldegement for such great professionalism.

Great experience. Most UPS stores in the area are staffed by people who couldn't care less about helping you out. This one, though, cares!
I needed a very specific size of box to mail some things across the country, and they kindly assisted me over the phone with ordering the special boxes for me.
Pickup took 5 seconds, workers were friendly, store was clean. Thank you!

So I don’t usually do reviews. Not because I hate every interaction with the service industry, but mainly because I have the memory of a goldfish. Nonetheless, I HAD TO LEAVE ONE TODAY. I visited the UPS location at George Mason’s campus, and I met two of the kindest souls ever - Dan and Hope. They were absolutely amazing!
I came in just about 45 minutes before they closed when normally, many service workers would be tired or checked out. That was not at all the case with Dan and Hope. They both were super eager to assist me, and I never felt like a bother (even though I showed up admittedly unprepared). I was having issues with figuring out how to process my Amazon returns, but they made it so easy! They talked me through everything and were so unbelievably nice.
I just moved to the area, and I will definitely be making this UPS location my go to for any returns/mailing needs in the future. 12/10!!
