I was overcharged for gas. When I called person said we gave you full gas tank and now it’s less than full. Luckily i had before and after pics of dashboard showing i dropped van at same gas level as when I picked it up. I had to drive back to pick up location to show them pictures.

Decent location and easy to find. Just recommend someone drop you off as I had to park a couple blocks away on the street (no parking at their location)

Ali helped us get everything we needed to get a job done, and was incredibly friendly. Very busy over there but he took time to really understand the situation and get it resolved.

I was overcharged for the mileage. I traveled approximately 8 miles both ways and was charged for 32. The dealer insisted that I drove 32 miles and, according to the odometer, I did. I took before and after pictures. I am not sure what they are doing to the odometers on those trucks but, they ARE a part of an auto body shop. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Couldn't find the place. GPS directions were bad. If located off the road, it NEEDS better signage so it can be found.

Worst experience renting a uhaul here. There was no truck for us despite having made a reservation months in advance. Staff was rude, did not care, and did not work with us to find a new truck. They did not even call to tell us once the truck finally did arrive. Go anywhere other than here.

Very poor customer service. Rude and short with customers. Trash was left in uhaul when received the keys. Get a uhaul from another location, this location is poor. I wish I could leave less than one star...

I originally rented a Uhaul from the Fairfax Boulevard location. Uhaul should consider cancelling its contract with this provider. The provider was absolutely unprofessional and led to costing me hundreds of additional dollars in my move, which is completely unacceptable. I had rented a uhaul, provided my credit card and the provider decided, without telling me he was going to rent my uhaul to someone else, that he was going to rent my reserved uhaul to another person. The provider had NO remorse for doing this to me. This happened on the DAY of my move. It led to me having to reserve a smaller truck, which meant I needed to do multiple trips, pay for many additional miles because the reservation location was farther away and cause me so much additional stress during a move that was already stressful during the holidays. In my opinion, Uhaul should reimburse me for the additional cost due to their providers bad judgement and inappropriate conduct.

Rented online and had no trouble going in and picking up the vehicle I had chosen. No hassles whatsoever! Great rates and pretty new vehicle.
