*****Applicants Beware********Admittedly, I have less than perfect credit but took a shot at applying at Trillium. I paid the $50 application fee and the $400 deposit that I figured would be returned in a reasonable amount of time if I was denied. I ended up being denied and was told I would receive my refund on the $400 deposit in 45-60 days. How is this possible? They are quick to take your money then want to hold on to it. Unacceptable

No security is provided by the authority. Your cars are not safe in the parking garage. Your parcels are not safe in the mail room or even at your doorsteps. Lots of thieves and drug addicted people specifically from neighboring country will decrease your living standard. No back ground check before giving lease by the authority. Lease owners are getting unnecessary fines in the name of pest control and other peculiar tantrums by the authorities.

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would! To anyone who is considering on renting this place don’t even think about it!!!The worst place I’ve ever been to!!! The elevators brake every time, the whole place is dirty, broken and disgusting. The gym equipments are missing, the machines are broken, it’s not even a place to workout anymore! The hot water always turns off, there’s mice and roaches everywhere, and this place’s rent isn’t even low price wise despite all the flaws, they charge you for some other unnecessary fees. Again DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM TRILLIUM. If I could give negative stars, I would. I heavily regret signing with Trillium, I was dumb and rushed getting an apartment so I signed with the first apartment I toured after seeing that it has a great 1 bedroom floor plan, which is one of two compliments I'll be giving this place as I cannot deny that the floor plans are very good, almost making the complete disgrace that is the mismanagement of these buildings. The elevators are constantly broken down, some times both will be down for over 24 hours. Currently there is one that has been out for 12 days, so I was very happy when I got the email saying that it had been fixed, only to be extremely angry and disappointed to come back and find that it not only wasn't fixed, it was still stuck on the same floor it has been for the past 12 days. The leasing office is very slow to get back to you, I needed information urgently and the machine told me to leave a voice mail, which I did. I saw that one of the leasing agents, Hiba, had opened it up so I eagerly waited for a response. Two weeks goes by and Hiba had closed the ticket without a response. I have not had a bad experience with any of the other leasing consultants though, they have been great to me when I'm able to get a hold of them! The amenities they advertise are nothing short of false. There is no accessible pool table, the fitness center is missing about 75% of the handles and pins for the cable machine rendering them completely useless, a lot of the dumb bells are missing/stolen, and it's usually very dirty. The working areas have never been open to me when I've tried to do some late night studying in a lower distraction environment. While the pool was open, there was often no life guard so nobody could enter, and when there was a life guard it felt like she was on a power trip and not allowing me, a grown man, to go into the deep end because there was only one life guard, leaving about 25% of the pool inaccessible. The grills have no gas, I have not seen anyone use them in the 9.5 months I've been here. The store in the plaza has mostly expired food, including dairy products, and much of the store is over priced (excluding the beer). The outside furniture has no cushions, they were either stolen or not included leaving the chairs to be used exclusively as goal markers for the screaming kids playing soccer. The package stealing issue has not been addressed at all, and packages are being stolen daily. I wised up very quickly and had my packages shipped elsewhere, but the Christmas gifts my girlfriend's friend sent her were stolen within an hour of delivery. All in all, $250 worth of products have been stolen from me and her alone. There are no cameras anywhere useful, leading to the stairwells being filled with the empty boxes of stolen packages. The pest control here is mandatory, meaning every 2-3 months we are forced to clear out all cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom so pest control can do nothing as I have not seen any evidence that they put any sort of chemicals anywhere in our apartment. Recently, I had to call out of work and school to move all of my furniture a foot and a half away from the wall so they could check for mice, which I sincerely doubt they even entered the apartment. Then I got another email saying I had to do it again in 2 days, which I later found out was because they messed up and put me down as opting in for additional service. Each of these instances, they threatened a $250 fine for not complying. Some of the neighbors are absolutely disrespectful, when we first moved in we had to deal with people blasting music so loud that it shook the floor and couch. This is not an exaggeration, my TV was wobbling because the music was so loud, luckily it hasn't happened since I had someone from the leasing office go up and chew them out (thank you Heather!). Other examples are people smoking weed and cigarettes in their apartments or the hallway, smoking on the balcony does happen a lot but I can't com

Maria was amazing and very helpful. She made my visit so comfortable and she answered every question, she was very professional. The townhomes are very spacious and I love the fact that the rooms are huge and the closet space is very enormous. They have a nice fitness center and a huge pool. I love the space that’s available.Again thank you Maria, you are amazing and professional.

I'm a current resident for the past 5 months. Can't describe the level of mental stress. Disrespectful neigbors, towing of my car for no apparent reason, flies, roaches in the apartment, even mice!!! garbage everywhere. Rude and disrespectful office staff. Packages getting stolen from infront of your door. Laundry room not functional as most of the machines are out of order. Late monthly charges of $175 despite paying on time due to a system configuration issue. Fire alarms going off all the time. Simply put, NO PEACE living in this complex. If I wasn't physically exhausted from recently moving, I wouldn't have stayed for a day even for free. Complaining to management falls on deaf ears. They push you to the edge to the point of pursing them legally. I'm in my 50's and NEVER had I experienced living in such a neglected place. They're out of compliance with all rules and regulations of State and Federal laws.

If you are looking for poor communication, untimely responses to emails, roaches, mice, constant fire alarms, mold, consistent broken dryers/washers, closed out maintenance requests without the problem being fixed, trash filled stairways, poor trash removal, 2/3 day notice to empty cabinets and move furniture for pest control or you will face extra charges (hope your not out of town), little control over the heat/AC, broken/missing gym equipment than this is the place for you!!Edit 1/25/2024: It took 50 days to respond to my email after multiple re sends and not everything was answered. The same concerns (poor communication, untimely responses to emails, roaches, mice, constant fire alarms, mold, consistent broken dryers/washers, closed out maintenance requests without the problem being fixed, trash filled stairways, poor trash removal, little control over the heat/AC, broken/missing gym equipment) have not even been addressed. The only thing you will get is a kind and caring response on your review so it looks like something will be done.

Danny at the management office was awesome he helped my family out and helped us get a beautiful 3 bedroom apt still waiting for some issues to be resolved with the apt so maintenance might need some work keep getting e mails to rate the job done but no one has come to fix the things only issue I have.a great community wonderful amenities ,if maintenance actually had showed up it would’ve been 5 stars but I can’t even enjoy the view since it’s the blinds that I can’t open
