Very caring doctors and staff. Communicated with us every step of the way for our beloved 14-year-old cat's surgery to remove a large mass near her jaw. This is a very busy, trusted and popular practice that another vet recommended. Now I know why.

Took my cat here for a physical exam since she started limping. The doctor felt her limbs and didn't notice anything wrong but suggested an X-ray (I declined) and prescribed pain medication. The next day, my cat started hopping on one leg while on the pain medication. I then realized that the doctor never checked her paws or nails for any injury as I consider this to be the potential problem. I called to get another exam done since the veterinarian failed to do the full exam the first time and now my cats injury worsened, causing her to hop on one leg so I was VERY worried. I called to schedule another exam so they can actually look at her nails and paw this time and the employee gave me the option between the original vet or a new one. Of course I chose a new vet, since the first one didn't do the full job. At the end of the second appointment this hospital charged me a whole new physical exam fee because I went to see a different doctor. And not once did they hold themselves accountable for the veterinarians wrong doing. They made me pay the exam fee AGAIN, when the only reason I went back was so they could examine what they failed to do before. The second time I actually got an x-ray and they STILL charged me another exam fee. This was such a poor customer service experience. They seem more concerned about money than customer satisfaction and providing quality care. They showed no accountability or respect for me as a customers and my cat as a patient.

Do not take your pets here, was just contacted by one of the most Rude receptionists ever, had the audacity to ream me out over the phone because I refuse to take my dog here for his dental work, why would I when I was quoted $4000 earlier and heard someone snickering in the background " Oh, its those customers" doesn't sound like a customer driven nor a pet driven environment to me and my dog is a loving part of my family and I refuse to take him anywhere there's a potential he will be mistreated. I'm glad the person receptionist I spoke to told me " If you don't want to bring your dog in your no longer welcome here" I wasn't planning on coming back after this morning's encounter now I'm definitely not. Mind you the $4000 I was quoted I was told that was just to " look" at my dog's teeth" and Xrays, extraction and bloodwork would be extra.

So grateful for Dr. Christensen and her kind, thoughtful approach. She has been the primary doctor for our cat for many years and when he recently had trouble seeing we brought him in to get checked out. I'm sure you all feel the way I do, that our pets are like children, and she has consistently treated him as though he was her own. She always calls to check in with updates, takes the time to talk through any concerns and even gives the sweetest compliments about our cat that mean so much. I really appreciate her and all of the team at Town and Country.

I've had so many bad experiences with one vet clinic after another and I have got to say that Town and Country in Fairfax has completely blown me away. The staff are so caring and Dr. Christenson is top shelf all the way. I didn't feel rushed with my appointment and if she even suspects that there's something wrong with your 4 legged angel, she immediately investigates. Needless to say, my PTSD of the Vet world is completely cured. Thanks Town and Country, you guys rock!! ??

My dog was in great discomfort with allergies and he had been chewing on himself. He was given a shot to relieve the allergies The vet also gave him his three shots he was due for. His regular vet was not able to see him until the following week.

Dr Christensen and DeMarcus were exceptional help. I'm visiting from out of town and my large weimaraner mix had a laceration inside his extra large ear. Made an appointment same day. Dr Christensen gave me a treatment plan that was comprehensive but not overzealous and too much treatment. They walked my dog to the back hospital area and cleaned him up, gave me some medicine (antibiotics and an NSAID), some treatment and monitoring advice and sent me on my way.
For what was largely an emergency visit, it was cost appropriate, great care, kind people and easy logistics. What else could you want for folks who are taking care of your dog?
Thanks, T&C team ??

Dr Christenson is amazing and highly recommend her. She did a great job on the dental surgery. I was however disappointed with the front desk and pharmacy staff, as well as the office manager. They neglected to give me an important medication post surgery and called me to ask if I could go back (1 hour to go back and forth). I asked if they could fedex it to me but they said no and instead I could go to a local pharmacy (again another 45 to 60 min out of my day). After charging me a good chunk of money for the surgery, one would figure a bit of courtesy to send me the medication would be warranted. Also the attitude of the pharmacy staff member was provocative.

I had the great privilege of bringing my pup here for the past several years. All three of the women vets who worked with Kota were the.best you could ask for. They eased his passing not an hour ago, and, through tears, I feel a deep need the need to express my gratitude to this amazing staff. Thank you for everything.

Highly recommend Dr. Jessica Bussanich.
She was wonderful with our boy and a self-described "cat lady."
As a new patient, it cost me $90 for the exam + $140 for both rabies and distemper shots (each 3 years) for my 11 year old male cat.
The space was nice, but the front desk staff were less than nice. I plan to come back with my new kitten for Dr. Bussanich anyways. Thanks!

Courtney Katsur is one of the finest veterinarians I have ever dealt with (I have owned dogs for 61 years) over the years. Some were good; some were not; and a very few were absolutely fabulous. Courtney is definitely one of the latter. She aways exhibits professionalism, care, and concern for each of our three dogs. While the prices are high, and with the exception of the nails being trimmed for almost $40, I believe that given the services provided and the manner in which they are being provided, I am paying a fair price after the insurance settles up with the practice. It is easy to justify when I take into consideration that I pay (this month) $7.00 for a BigMac.
