“First time using this company for vehicle repairs. The final product was good and the car returned clean. I had to deduct one star because they tried to return the car the first time without a quality control check and ended up having to keep the car for a few additional days to correct a repair and clean the car. However, they were willing to correct their issues and offer up a loaner car to offset the additional rental car costs. The other four stars given for their honesty, end-quality of repairs, loaner offered, friendly and patient attitudes, and friendly dogs.”

“Fairfax Towing & Recovery reminded me there are good people out there! I called to tow my car as it had a flat and they were on their way. I realized I had a spare so I cancelled the tow. Put the spare on, drove a little bit, then the spare got a flat. Called Fairfax Towing back and they laughed with me at my luck, got a guy out within 20 minutes. They also gave me a discount for my bad luck and because I towed it to an auto shop they know. Michael was kind and friendly as we rode to the shop together.
