I greatly appreciate the service from Geraldine! She knows the products, is very friendly, respectful, and creates a positive and helpful environment.The store is super clean, well stocked, and prices are very good. I have no reason to go to other vape shops. Actually, I pass by quite a few on my way to this Fairfax location.

Mo helped me and gave me excellent service he helped to make sure I was getting the best product for my needs, he was patient professional friendly and eager to help. He took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and was very personable, I’ve been coming here for years and am always pleased with my service here. S/o Mo ? Excellent location!

Amazing worker who made sure that what I got was actually what I wanted, was completely patient with me, even offered brands I hadn’t tried that were similar to my likes that I described.Best experience I’ve had at a tobacco shop!

Geraldine and the owner are incredibly nice. The shop always has what you need in stock and this is why I always come here. Very military friendly as well.
