“The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.”

“Mr. Kim of Samsung Auto Care fixed my 2005 Honda Civic Ex impeccably. The engine light was on and the car was overheating. It took me a while to find the right auto repair shop to diagnose and repair my car. Mr. Kim replaced four fuel injectors and a radiator on 5/19/2025. I had driven the car for six months and it was running smoothly without glitches. Obviously the repair was done with honesty and excellent craftsmanship. It is truly trustworthy and commendable.”

“From start to finish this was a great experience! Mike helped me get the tires I needed at the right price, installed, and aligned in a timely fashion. My girlfriend was able to pick uo my car since I had to go tend to business in Williamsburg.
Gave me a FREE top down diagnostic and I already knew what issues I had but they pointed out those issues and didnt try to sell me on any sort of BS.
My only complain was with the payment system - I input the wrong address on my card and it continued to decline my card and the interface was wonky but that's not Hogan & Son's fault!

“Came in to deal to get a puncture fixed. Center determined the tire unrepairable and recommended replacing two of four tires. Offered excellent tire purchase services so replaced all four tires. Did the work quickly and also aligned the wheels for one very fair price.”

My tire rotation or installation of new tires have taken 1-2 hours usually. The staff are very kind and great at explaining any problems.
