They diagnosed and fixed my engine misfire problem by performing a camshaft and crankshaft relearn; and my car has been running smoothly ever since, and no more check engine light turning on. “Webers is fantastic. My car broke down in Fairfax city. After arranging for a tow that would take hours to arrive, I called Weber’s to see if I could have my car towed there. Jake then proceeded to offer to come to my car on foot with oil since I suspected it was an oil issue and was only a few blocks away. He added oil to my car on the side of the road and I was then able to drive to the location for an oil change. Unbelievable customer service! They have my loyalty.”

“Costco Tire Center installed my 2005 Honda Civic EX tires recently. The whole process was straightforward. l ordered the tires at the Fairfax warehouse in person and made appointment for installation when the tires were delivered to the warehouse. Installation took about one and half hours which was a dramatic improvement over old procedures. The saving at Costco Tire Center is significant with promotional discount, 5-year road hazard warranty, free inflation and torque check, balance and rotation. The technicians are proficient. The staffs at reception counter are polite and efficient. The new Michelin Defender T+H tries are great with smooth and comfortable rides. Finally the 25-mile torque check for new tires is done ✅ quickly without further appointment. It is a highly recommended safety check for new tires.”
