These guys are some of the nicest and hardest workers! Randomly saw them as I was leaving work, poped in to ask a question and they took care of everything! Had some stubborn stains and they took them away like it was magic and my back windows are crystal clear as if they came from the factory!!!I highly recommend these guys because they really know their craft!!!

I booked the basic one hour detailing, and my expectations were exceeded. One hour for both an interior and exterior isn't a bunch of time, and the quality of the finished product was amazing! The cost is very similar to other local car washes, but the value received feels higher than the local competition. Will be bringing my car back for future detailing!

I'm very picky with who washes my car, as I typically wash/detail myself but it becomes a challenge during the colder months with the resources at my disposal. I happen to live close by, so I drop off, grab lunch in the mall and by the time I come back out, its done looking all shiny again. My 2nd time using these guys and have always been very happy with the results. The price displayed whenever I book the online appointment is always what I have paid, nothing more. (12/2021 and now 12/2023). For a thorough hand was by a professional/respectful businessman at a reasonable price, I could not ask for more.

Charged significantly more than the posted prices online (charged over $300 per vehicle, I signed up for a $225 detailing). Told me he did me a great favor by only charging the inflated prices he charged. I came to find that he didn’t detail any of the 3 vehicles I took in. Mats were not even shampooed. I took the worst of them back for him to redo, & he did admit it was not in any way clean & did clean the inside better, but made no attempt to clean the truck bed. I reached out about all the dirt in another vehicle (mats not cleaned, clumps of dirt in the cup holders & rear cubbies, etc) & he didn’t respond.

Booked the appointment and showed up on time. Originally website stated that interior detail would be $120, but after arriving to the appointment the guy changed the price and wanted to charge us $500 instead. An absolute ridiculous price increase. We also received a cold attitude from him which made the whole experience more frustrating. The place was a little confusing to find and the whole experience seemed a little sketchy. Overall, would not recommend and don't get fooled by the prices stated online.

This was my second time working with Mr. Vegas. The first time was just before Covid. He is a consummate professional, respectful, and a stand up businessman who is customer focused. I am always impressed by his attention to detail. He doesn't just clean your car, he leaves it looking better than off of the lot brand new. He is an artist with his work, comes in on time and on budget, and gives you what you ask for and want. As long as I am in the area, I will only get my cars detailed by him. Think Eco Fair Oaks offers detailing packages that are centered on keeping costs down and providing the thorough cleaning that the car owner needs. No harsh chemicals are used or obnoxious residues and deodorizers, yet the cars are left with an absolutely fresh, clean smell. I have always been happy with the service and quality that I have received here and would highly recommend Think Eco. As a bonus, if you tend to have trouble finding places, Mr. Vegas is great with communication and gives flawless directions. And this business is business, child, and disabled-friendly.

Mario did an outstanding job detailing my 2002 Corvette. I opted for the Deluxe package in addition to having the engine bay cleaned. Mario explained exactly how the vehicle would be detailed and gave a very accurate time to complete the job. My car was taken in at the scheduled appointment time. It is very convenient that the business is located at the Fair Oaks Mall. They are located in the Macy's parking garage near aisle A20. When the job was completed on-time, I received a text and promptly picked up my car. Mario showed me several videos on how the car was detailed. Customer service is fantastic. I will be a repeat customer.
