Kevin was exemplary. I stopped by to mail a package. When I left, my car would not start (28 degrees). Kevin saw me with the car’s hood up and came out in the cold to offer assistance. Unfortunately, car would not start. Later, I tried again, and again Kevin came out to assist. He was polite and friendly at all times. If I owned a business I would want someone like Kevin to work with me. He was outstanding. Thank you Kevin !

People at this location are super nice, and it's really clean. But lines are long, the front counter is under-staffed, mailboxes are expensive, and in two months of trying I still can't get a door code for the much-vaunted 24 mailbox access. So, good for occasional shipping and small print jobs, but until the franchisee gets her act together, I'd recommend going elsewhere

Today, December 4, at 1:52 pm, I went in drop off a package and take passport pictures. I knew that this location offer this service because previously one associate had mentioned that to me. She had said that should I need that, UPS was there for me.Today, once the associate processed my package, he asked me if I needed anything else, like tape off the wall. I mentioned to him that I also needed passport picture and he said that just give him two minutes.5 minutes later and with him processing over 9 boxes from the customer who was behind me, I had no choice but to tell him that I was heading over to FedEx.What made is worse is the fact that I there was at least one other associate who could have prioritize customer flow over anything else… I also knew that he had already indicated that the others in line were to be processed before taking my picture.

Ive used this location to pick up packages over the last year. As I was considering using this place for a P.O Box service. After my latest experience that is a No. I’ve had 2 separate shipments of designer frames that never made it to the business I was shipping to. Both times I’ve come with my box and pre-paid shipping labels. I was looking to purchase bubble wrap in the store to pack and secure my package myself. However, The owner she offered to pack. I insisted I would pack, she said no-no I can do it. 4 months prior there was a shipment I did here that the business never received. I tried again 3 weeks ago and the same thing has occurred again. When I went to the store to discuss this repeated issue with management I was giving a bunch of fluff. I feel this location is a scam that will take your items if they want to. Do not utilize the “let them pack your items for you” service unless you stay and watch them pack and tape up . I regret the 2nd time refusing not to leave until she wraps and seals up my package. She will tell you she has other things to do at the moment but rest assured she will wrap and secure to ship off. I thought the owner was a sweet lady but I’ve been feeling like I’ve been scammed 2 times. I plan to report this business to the BBB.

Avoid this location at all cost! The store owner is a miserable, awful woman with horrible customer service. She will scam you with unnecessary packaging fees when you try to return Amazon items. I’ve reported her location to Amazon as well as UPS Main office. UPS deserves to know that this hideous woman is ruining their good name with scams and fake charges.

oversale, $16 shipping fee for docs + $4 per envenlop +$6 box +another $6 for basic pack materials and pack services. She tried to sell the $80 next day air, which I declined.I was told the shipping was $16 which was reasonable and I needed to scroll down to agree the service. after that, he started the bunch of add on of all the additional material fees and packing fees.I told her just give me the $ 16 shipping label and I would pay for the envelopes since I already packed everything in, and I would take care the rest myself. I was told they had to do it and charged me the packing service. Which is absolutely scam. I understand you need be charged for material but this is really absurd.The only reason I chose this newly opened UPS cuz it is close to home. I returned to cancel the service as I dont feel comfortable abt the service and other ppl packing my sensitive legal docs only to be told everything was shipped. She said she would refund me if I don't get the same charge in other UPS stores. Honestly it is my first time got charged a packing fee for documents...

This place is an absolute scam!!! If you prefer not to be cheated, find another UPS nearby. Most horrible UPS experience twice: this seemingly kind and chatty lady will chat you up and add multiple items and charges without informing. She starts pressing to pay for expedited service quoting four five times of the regular basic ground shipment. This time, I needed a box to pack my items, she offered to pack. I insisted I would pack, she said no-no I can do it. At the register, I see that she added multiple charges for packing service and materials, I did not ask for. When I finally agreed to pay $20 more for packing service (in the interest of time) she set the bag worth $500+ in the open and said she’ll pack it later and I would get a confirmation the next day after 7-8pm. I refused to leave until she packs. She insisted she was busy with other customers and continued serving other customers while I already paid for shipment and packing services. I gave her sufficient time and waited until the last customer, she started packing and blaming me in distrust, and warning of additional fees she would have to charge for packing in front of me. The next customer came, she stopped and attended to that customer. In the end, I asked her to reverse the charge and asked for my items back. This lady and this UPS location is a scam, be aware!I shipped it from another UPS store for much less and it is to be delivered next day as basic ground shipment. I am not clear how UPS is handing out franchise to scammers without any accountability.

I can give 0 as it is not available I am giving 1 rating. There are two worst experiences happened to me.1. The person in this UPS store doesn't even give tape to close the package box. She said buy the tape and close the package with that.2. The other instance is, I asked her to generate a shipping label for the given address and the return shipping label to keep it inside. She was busy and told I will do it. Finally, she put return label on the package and outgoing shipping label inside the package. Next day morning, I received the package which suppose to go to other place. What a pathetic experience.NEVER GOTO THIS STORE.

Worst UPS ever, I can’t believe how rude one of their employees is. I will never go here again! I am not sure if this employee was a manger or a supervisor, but she was rude and loud for no reason! Humanity and kindness go long way so I hope this employee works on her customer service and learn to treat people nicely!
