Don't use them!they just keep lie! I spent 120.50 to ship a important paperwork to China.i need the most quick one (sent on 10/30/2024. )They told me because it is China,so most quick one should arrived on 11/4,our family have very important interview on 11/5,they need thatpaperwork.so i paid 120.50 for the shipping.but the paperwork didn't arrived on time.11/5 still in usa!our family miss the very important interview!means everything we need re-apply!when i call them,they told me international not Guaranteed!fine,so ups charge me 120 ship a week still in usa??!how "quick" UPS service!!

The level of customer service I received today while in your Route 29 store was unparalleled. Matty was amazing both at helping me mail my package while simultaneously helping other customers and the UPS delivery man.
Mine was a challenging task, to be sure, as it’s not everyday someone sends a large box to Kyrgyzstan. Matty was patient, personable, resourceful, and thorough in doing his best to help insure my package reaches my daughter, who is living in a more rural area while serving in the Peace Corps.
Again, my heartfelt thanks to Matty, and to you for assisting him.

ABSOLUTE SCAM
Extremely slow service and they charged me $3.99 for just printing 1 Amazon return label, which is free in all other ups stores. They also don’t know how to operate their laptops.

NAJIA HAYAT IS MY VFF OF UPS. I've never been to a store where the people were so smart and helpful and friendly I highly recommend you go to this specific UPS I absolutely love the people love the service and love the store

I didn't want to write a review, but I feel compelled to share my experience.
I frequently use this facility for courier needs and recently had an unpleasant encounter. I needed to mail back a cellphone, and the box wasn't taped. I asked the lady, who I believe is the owner, to tape it for me. She agreed but handed me the receipt without taping it. When I politely asked again, she responded aggressively, "I said I'd tape it." When I asked her to tape it while I was there, she became defensive and said, "If you don't trust me, you shouldn't send your package here."
I explained that I wanted to ensure the package was properly sealed, as it contained a phone and had a loose bottom. She continued to be rude and defensive. I just wanted my package to be secured to avoid issues during transit. Her reaction was uncalled for, especially when I was polite. I feel disrespected and will no longer visit this location.

I had a terrible experience with this store
The lady charged me around 80 usd to send a document from Fairfax to DC and when I went to another ups store they said it will cost me around 30 usd
I was trying to track my package thought the stystem it’s says it’s a wrong number
and finally I went to take my package I found that’s they forgot to call me for a pick up

I asked to print the label, but the employee turned away from me and started talking on the phone and pointed to the self-service computer, which rebooted and froze when I tried to print. I again asked the employee to print using email, but she came to the self-service computer and said, I have to do it on it. When the computer turned on again, I pressed the print button and the printer did not print anything, she came and pressed print again and again nothing happened, but they charged me another $0.39 for it. I asked to print the label again using email, but she didn’t hear me at all and asked for my flash drive to print on her computer. I don’t understand why she didn’t do this earlier, probably talking on the phone is more important than the client and work. Then she didn’t print me anything and threatened me with security because I told her that they defrauded me of $4. I will contact the bank and cancel the payment and file a complaint against the employee.

The store rep was patient and courteous in helping me correct a return order. Store was clean and orderly
