I had the pleasure of working with Nancy and her team recently on a transaction for my buyer who was initially working with another lender. We had some challenges with that loan and lender. I saw that Nancy had recently closed a loan for another buyer in the same building that my client was buying in. I quickly called her up to see if she could help. We had less than 2 weeks with a holiday weekend coming up to get the loan completed. Nancy assured me that she could help us get the loan closed,and on time. She instilled confidence in my client, who was very nervous, and made us both feel confident and comfortable in both her abilities and her team's ability to get the job done. She was professional, caring, efficient and effective. I highly recommend her and her team!

If you want a mortgage broker that is proactive, responsive, and has attention to detail then Will Jacobs is NOT your man! He is never in the office meaning never has your information in front of him, confusing one loan with another. And he asks questions he already has written answers to. In short, working with this man is enough to make you want to pull your hair out!!
