Not the best experience. Had an oil change done and they didn't fill it up! Short one quart of oil. Seems unusual for a Ford based service center to not know how much oil goes into a ford...

Not good. Car started smoking worse than ever and I’m having it towed back to the dealer today (9/29). Something didn’t get fixed and it’s even worse than before. I’m expecting them to fix it this time for no additional charge.

Denied coverage because they said my car couldn't be fixed under recall because it was over the time HOWEVER NHSTA released forms stating that even with that they are to submit a form requesting service and to either do it for free, or refund the full amount of service.
Kept my car almost two days just to try to charge me about $900 and made me pay about $200 just to have them figure out what the issue was. shady people, shady company trying to deny the NHSTA. Look elsewhere or don't buy Ford.

I have had my vehicle for 2 years now and have been using Quick Lane in Fairfax for about 18 months. I have been very pleased with the service that I have received and the ease of scheduling appointments. My service advisor Kristinha has been absolutely the best. She explains everything in detail and if there are in any delays expected I am informed immediately. I would highly recommend this business to others looking for professional, affordable car care.

They are Rip off artists! Do not go here.
Took truck in to get a new intake manifold, emissions and safety inspection. Intake installation was fine, but they didn't do an emissions inspection. They told me I needed new struts ($1,400), tires ($2,000), brakes/rotors ($1,400) before it would pass inspection. I had them do the struts and took it elsewhere for the tires... safety inspection passed. I went to do the brakes this weekend and discovered the brakes had 90% life left on them and the rotors were great. I now seriously doubt the struts needed to be replaced. They were just ripping me off.

If you are in a rush and no longer trust Jiffy Lub (and you shouldn't for anything other than oil change), use Quick Lane where any work is recorded in the car's history for future reference.

I can't be happier and more satisfied with the service from this team. I, obviously don't enjoy the issues but I can clearly see the service advisor (long hair and all) clearly put and extra effort in the research of my cars (yes I bring 3 cars here) and makes sound recommendations not aimed at increasing the final bill. Either that or he's a good actor. ?
BTW. This as I'm considering replacing my 2011 Explorer. I think I'll stay Ford. The 2015 MKS will need to wait and I'm not replacing my work house 2003 F-150 this pickup week reach 30 years with no issues. But I digress... Quick Lane rocks during times when everything is expensive and most dealers are looking to squiz as much our of you as they can.
