Experience was good. Though it took a little longer to get looked at and the young lady that helped me was not that enthusiastic. She had a low energy vibe. Great venue and selection of boots. I love my new Tecovas.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and service! I started with one pair and now about to purchase my 8th! I own both Men’s and Women’s styles. My husband and daughters all have pairs as well. It’s hard to go back to regular shoes after you get used to this level of quality and comfort. Great value! Worth every penny.

Every so often I like to walk through this store and check out their boots! Today, I was there and picked out the boot I definitely want someday! It’s a super cute white women’s boot!! I love it!! It’s like traveling to the west when you walk in here - similar to going into the nearby Sundance store. The boots are high-quality so, naturally, high priced too! The gentleman who was working here was super nice and helpful!! I need to put myself on the email list so I can start getting some coupons. I’ll definitely visit here around the holidays to see if I can get my boots on special! He also told me they come out with some fun styles around then, and in celebration of their birthday. I look forward to checking them out!! I definitely recommend that if you are in the Mosaic District you pay a visit here

Went to the massachusetts store yesterday. I knew I wanted the "Annie" boot before driving 2.5 hrs there. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly, accommodating staff who fitted me for my new boots and also branded them for me. My overall experience was very pleasant. I was however, disappointed in the selection of womens boots available, I was under the impression from their website it was a larger store. I do love my new boots. The quality and workmanship really shows in these boots.

Amazing Service – Jackie Went Above and Beyond!
I recently brought in a pair of my favorite Tecovas boots that had seen better days, and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was – all thanks to Jackie! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. My boots had been through quite a bit over the years, and I was hoping to get them cleaned and reconditioned. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Jackie far exceeded any expectations I had.
Right away, Jackie took the time to carefully inspect my boots, noting areas of wear and tear while explaining exactly what could be done to bring them back to life. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the care process, from cleaning and conditioning the leather to restoring the original luster. Jackie didn’t rush through the conversation but instead walked me through each step, ensuring I understood how my boots would be treated and what kind of results I could expect. Her thoroughness gave me complete confidence that my boots were in excellent hands.
What really stood out was Jackie’s generosity and the level of respect she showed throughout the entire process. She made it clear that she valued my time and my trust in her work, and she took extra care to make sure everything was handled properly. Jackie even gave me helpful tips on how to care for the boots moving forward, so they’d continue to look their best for years to come. Her attention to detail was absolutely unmatched – she treated my boots as if they were her own!
I was also blown away by Jackie’s kindness and the little extra touches she added to the experience. She expertly clean and recondition my boots to a point where they looked almost new.
Perhaps the most impressive part of my interaction with Jackie was how respectful and attentive she was throughout. Even though I wasn’t buying a brand-new pair of boots, she treated me with the same level of care and consideration as if I were. Jackie has an amazing way of making you feel like the most important customer in the store, no matter what you’re there for. She took the time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service I received.
In the end, my Tecovas boots came out looking and feeling fantastic – a true testament to the excellent care and skill Jackie put into her work. I left not only thrilled with how my boots turned out but also with a deep sense of gratitude for the outstanding customer service. Jackie’s professionalism, warmth, and generosity made the entire experience unforgettable, and it’s clear that she takes immense pride in what she does.

Just visited the Fairfax store at Mosaic. The Bootender that assisted us was Lewis(Louis?) He greeted us as soon as he saw us and was friendly and helpful. I was there to do an exchange for a pair of boots that were gifted to me. They were the Emmett ostrich in pecan, and sadly the were too small. Lewis assisted me in finding my correct size and was very helpful in getting the exchange done. My size was not in stock at the store and when he checked online none were listed either. Lewis got on the phone and spent 20 minutes tracking down the exact boot, size, and, color that I wanted, then arranged shipping to my house. I'd also like to mention that I drove 2 hours to come to the store and I appreciate him making sure I was absolutely satisfied.
I also purchased some of the over the calf boot socks and they are amazing! They feel like they were custom fitted to my large ogre feet and they provide great support and padding when wearing boots.
If you find yourself in Fairfax at the Tecovas store they will treat you right. I recommend 10/10.

This store is fantastic. I have purchased numerous items from this location (boots, belts, and wallets) and all of the products have been premier quality and the customer service is beyond excellent.
I want to give a Chase a major shoutout for all of the help he has provided me every time I make a visit. His knowledge of the producs is top notch and his customer service skills are beyond exceptional.

We had a great experience with Tecovas.
Their customer service is amazing, they exceeded all my expectations. Janelle was very attentive and kind, she resolved our “problem” immediately, I am very grateful for the response they gave us.
My husband really likes his Tecovas boots and is ready to buy a new pair.

Best customer service ever!! The manager Anne was fantastic! I bought a pair of “the Annie” and wore them at a festival last weekend. They ended up being way too big. Anne resized me and let me exchange the boots for a smaller size. She was extremely helpful, understanding and very kind. I will definitely be back and will always purchase my cowboy boots from this store!!
