TD Bank provided an outstanding experience today when I visited to open a new account. The process was smooth and efficient, with no delays as they promptly assisted me upon arrival.I want to give a special shout-out to Saige, the banker who helped us throughout the process. She was incredibly personable and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable. Saige's exceptional service and warm demeanor made me feel valued as a customer.I highly appreciate everything Saige did for us today, and I'll definitely be bringing more business to TD Bank in the future. If you're looking for a bank with excellent customer service, I recommend TD Bank, especially with Saige as your banker!

I come in first to open the business account. But the banker helped another customer who spoke spanish only and they came after me but he helped them first without any explaining to me. This customer service is unacceptable.

I opened a joint bank account with my fiancée today and we found Ahmed R. especially helpful, informative, and pleasant to work with. He set us up with the best account for us quickly and made sure that we were comfortable with using the app and new card. Overall, a great experience!

Very disappointed. I called and asked if they could take me if I get to the branch about 5 to 7 min after 5pm and was told that was ok. To arrive at exactly 5:07pm and was told they're closed and can't be served. TD Bank is about "Banking Human" not this location and not today. I rushed to get here to be turned away.

I went to this location to pay my safe deposit box bill. The teller took 20 minutes to make a transaction that shouldn't have taken no more than 5 minutes. She obviously didn't know how to use a computer. The assistant manager came over to help her then had a loud phone conversation right where I was talking to the teller trying to finish my business. These people seem to lack training and common courtesy. Avoid.
