We are extremely happy with all of SVC Homes’ work on our recent renovations and intend to use their company again for all future projects.We gut renovated our 1910 rowhouse kitchen and bath last year and hiring Sandro and his team to do the work was easily the best decision we made. Sandro communicated with us regularly and the work he and his team did for us was outstanding in quality and detail. We made a lot of changes mid-project, asked a lot of questions, and probably created a lot of headaches, but we were consistently impressed with the entire team’s professionalism and patience. Their reliability and quality helped us to feel at ease even living several states away and managing our project remotely. Sandro went above and beyond to make sure that materials made it to the jobsite and that work was progressing even with lots of supply chain delays.Sandro’s initial estimate was both very competitive and, in the end, accurate. Change orders were always accommodated quickly at a fair and reasonable price, and we were so happy with the work that we asked them to work on several other projects, big and small, for us once the initial renovations were over.My perfectionist father worked in construction for over 40 years and comments frequently about how excellent their work is. Hired sandro to do an Under Pin Project in Georgetown. We Agreed on a price and he stated he would start in a week. When I asked him to provide insurance for the project he did not respond. I asked three times and no response. He then told me he could not do the project and returned my deposit. He stated "it is not worth it for my company" Very Bad experience and a waist of time. Home owners. Check the status of his insurance

SVC is one of the highest quality contractors in the DC area. I've had them out to do 2 different projects. i can't say enough about the crew. All the guys are very respectful and listen to your thoughts. I ended up spending a little more on the second project on Sandro's ideas but it all worked out to be worth it.

Sandro and his Company SVC Homes did a complete redesign/renovation of our 4 bedroom home (aprox 3000 sq ft.) including basement digged out ( Underpinning ). Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive, they far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. SVC Homes LLC does everything. We had Sandro's guys come in and totally remodel our garage and turn it into a game room for the kids and their friends. They did awesome work and we weren't really looking much just finishing the insulation, some carpet, etc. But we're really happy with their work.

I flip a few houses every year to top off my income and I use Sandro to do some of the work. They are a very professional company and they do all the work to your expectations. They are the guys to call if you need anything remodeled or repaired.

We got a remodel on our house and added a room on the East side of the house to expand a little. We're extremely happy with what we had done. The people that came in and worked are really good and respectful workers.

SVC Homes was amazing. Sandro was fast to respond to my questions. He quoted us a responsible price for a simple concrete slab and was able to start this project within a couple of days. The guys that completed the job was super nice and I feel did an amazing job. We will definitely be reaching out to SVC Homes for more projects. Thanks again.
