This pharmacy came recommended by my dermatologist (whose office is on the same block). My doctor had only good things to say about Stone Springs so I decided to try it out... I called them on a Tues afternoon about my Rx, gave them my insurance info, and picked up the Rx 10 min later. They were responsive, friendly, and transparent about the prescription price - since many insurers do *not* cover this skincare product, the staff auto- applied a coupon reducing the price from about $700 to a more manageable $75. That was a huge help (and Idk about you, but I'm not looking to spend 700 on one medication).

I am very big on communication and really dislike being given incorrect and/or misleading information. I needed to see a dermatologist and found one approximately 6 minutes from my home. I went and I had a great experience because I finally felt I found a specialist that was actually listening to my concerns. During the appointment, I was told I would need some medicine to be apart of the skin care regimen that the doctor was putting me on and that they work with this company that does home deliveries and I should expect a call from them. Later on that day, I received the call about my medications. I was told by the gentleman that 4 out of 5 medications were covered by my insurance and one wasn't and that it would cost $35. I said ok, provided my card info. A few hours go by and I get a notification that I was charged $115. I had to call the card company to see who the charge was by because I could not see the merchant. By the time I received this notification, they were already closed. I had to call 8 times this morning in order to get someone on the line. I said what my issue was and asked how was I told one price but charged a completely different price? He then stated that it was the copay for each medication. I mentioned that I was not notified and was only told $35. I understand that insurance can be funny/tricky at times but the simple fact that I was expecting to pay a certain amount and was charged a complete different amount and was not even given the courtesy of being notified. I budget to spend a certain amount and it would've been nice to know in advance that the price would be different. What if that was the last I had to my name and needed it for fuel to get to work? Or to buy groceries?. Due to this, I will definitely advise my doctor that I will not be using this company moving forward. I really hate being blind by things. Especially if I was told a certain price by the company themselves. Very disappointed.

The pharmacy staff are very nice and friendly. They are very quick as well. I wish I had this experience with other pharmacies.

Excellent pharmacy that answers the phone and gets prescription filled/ refilled quickly. If a prescription needs authorization, they take care it of proactively for you. Finally, they deliver same day or next.Love this pharmacy!!

I LOVEEEEEEEE this pharmacy. Game changer, they deliver the same or next day, look for the coupon themselves and add it to your prescriptions without you asking. The staff is easy to reach, I’ve been using them for 2 years and the longest hold was 2 minutes. Everyone is so quick and respectful. I feel all of my prescriptions with them!!

Love Stone Springs Pharmacy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They checked the price of my prescriptions and it ended up being cheaper than the other places I had been. They also deliver for free!
