Their coffee does not taste like the other Starbucks coffee. I do not know what she does differently. I tried it here twice, and both time's it was weak and tasted awful. Had to throw it out and go back to my favorite one at Huntsman Square.

This Starbucks store is always closed. It’s a major fail by Starbucks and also Google to list it as open during the time that Safeway is open. Don’t stop here if you are just looking for a coffee; it’s an illegal bait and switch to get you to shop at Safeway.

Quite a shame to see the direction new management is taking in treating their staff, which is apparent by some of the coddling responses to the negative reviews on here. I admit I laughed out loud at reading a complaint below by a guy who was left speechless when an employee actually stood up for themselves in the face of what sounds like harassment. I use to come to this Starbucks almost daily as it was close by and run by some of the best people in the customer service industry I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, Ryan and Katherine. I’d recommend all my customers to them when lunch time came because I knew they’d be taken care of and even enjoy some great conversations to uplift their day. Needless to say that won't be happening anymore. I hope corporate sees this and takes a long look at how their priorities affect public perception. As a fellow service industry professional, sometimes you can’t please everyone, and sometimes, you shouldn’t.

I recently experienced a series of negative encounters at at this specific Starbucks. Initially, there were issues with the oven affecting the food's quality, leading me to give a 1-star Google review. To my surprise, during a recent visit, a staff member asked me an unsettling question: "Why are you here?" She also mentioned my low rating on Google.Frustrated by this harassment, especially after contacting corporate about the oven problem a week earlier, I found myself at a loss for words. However, I must acknowledge that corporate intervention made a positive impact. A new manager, displaying professionalism and a cheerful customer service attitude, arrived the day after my complaint.Despite this positive change, the recent encounter with Katherine prompted me to consider driving 5 miles in the opposite direction to avoid further issues. I appreciate the corporate team's responsiveness and positive actions to address concerns. . Customer satisfaction is crucial for businesses, and it's in their best interest to address concerns promptly. Reaching out to the corporate office again is to ensure my feedback is heard and that improvements continue to be made.

There’s no one like the barista I had. Great service and amazing conversation with Katherine and I only go to this Starbucks because of how she makes me feel appreciated as a customer and how good my drinks always turn out. If you want the best barista, she’s your girl ??

I was this Starbucks before 10 minutes ago and the guys in front of me he was asked the ladies to refill coffee but the lady she refused him because of no more refuel he told her he buy from the same store that the ladies she does not accept him very very bad customer service after me also there is to Customer all Customer we walk out without any service because of sheriff use him
