I wanted to purchase a spare vape battery and the cheapest one there was $20, for a bottom of the barrel 510 charging stick which can be found for $5-10 at any other store. When questioning the high price, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Fortunately, around the corner was another store which had a Yocan Ari type-C charging battery for under $10 after their black Friday sale. While this was only one experience, I am always wary of stores that have shady markups on their products.

Bought 2 separate disposable vapes and neither of them worked, and had juice leaking into the pouch, I went back in not even 2 minutes later and the employee said they can’t refund or swap because I left the store and asked me if I could read. They have defective products and employees that don’t care about anything but their phone!

all of the $26 5000 puff vapes start tasting burnt after 24-36 hours of buying.been here 5 times and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt all 5 times the vapes that last a week atleast get burnt in 24 hours..Plz buy some better products If you guys are charging 26 bucks for supposedly a “5000” puff.

I was a regular at this store until they wouldn't let me exchange a dead puff bar that was dead straight out of the box. They conveniently don't give you the receipt and sell faulty puff bars then don't allow you to exchange since you don't have a receipt. I never even heard from the clerk if I would like my receipt printed or emailed, something every cashier asks. Lost a loyal customer with their poor customer service.
