Really weird experience at this Staples location today. I was waiting to make a return for about 10 minutes before calling a staff member: Rolan, to assist. He proceeds to process another customer’s return right in front of me, even though that customer had just walked in. I point it out to him, he dismisses me. Okay… He then starts processing the return while mumbling bizarre phrases under his breath. Making strange movements with his body. Very creepy and made me uncomfortable. Not sure if he was under the influence or maybe has a mental illness. But regardless, the customer should not suffer as a result. I will be cautious about coming back to be honest.

I bought a mobile file cabinet. When I started assembling it, one part came off. The underside of that part was very rusty. I had to take the item back.

Worst customer service. I guess it matters who you run into here because I came the other day and the younger lady was super helpful but when I came today and had additional wedding questions and wanted to ask in person questions that I had… this lady referred me to their website instead of taking her time to help. How am I to know how well my print job will make it on print if they can’t even advise on what my project is or what it will look like.

Staples is a good store for all your Office stationery products. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the Store is well laid out and clean. Since they sell table lamps, perhaps they should consider stocking electric bulbs.

I am writing to formally complain about a discriminatory incident that occurred at your store involving one of your cashiers named Chris. I am of Asian descent, and during my visit, I asked Chris questions about your products. He responded dismissively, stating, "I don’t understand what you are saying. You are not speaking English." Despite my attempts to clarify, he repeated this comment multiple times.
When I called the manager for assistance, she kindly took me to another register. However, Chris persisted in his behavior, asking the manager, "How come you understand her? She is not speaking English." I assured him that I was speaking English, to which he retorted, "But you have the accent."
I am deeply hurt and offended by this treatment. It is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in such a manner. I would like to know why your company hires individuals who display such discriminatory behavior and whether this aligns with Staples' standards for customer service.
This incident has left me feeling deeply hurt, and I believe it is a serious issue that needs to be addressed promptly.

Julia in printing is super helpful and patient. She helped me when I was in a printing bind. She definitely went above and beyond to help me get my job done. Prints came out great, and color was exactly as I was hoping for. People are quick to give bad reviews, but when someone is helpful, they deserve the recognition. Thanks Julia and Mike!

After trying fedex in the same location, and having to deal with some not so friendly employee over there, I can safely say that my most recent experience at Staples in the self service department was significantly much better. Brandon was my assistant! He took all the time to give me the orientation I needed to go through the process! I wish more people show a similar attitude at work! Thanks again!

Extremely clean and everything is organized perfectly. Didn't really receive help until I went to the front, but when I did the sales associate was so helpful! The value and range of products in regards to what I wanted for wedding invites were not that broad, but they had a few other things I was looking for that I didn't expect to get. great value overall!

Absolutely disgusted by today’s experience. I went in to ship out one package which should have taken me 2 minutes, i had forgotten my tape this time so after printing my label i head to an employee which happened to be the manager, i explain to her and she tells me to go to the cashier and ask him to use the tape there. When i go there the employee Jackson hands me some scotch tape and i begin to tape the label on my package. I have used 3 pieces of tape at this point about 4inches each piece when jackson snatches the tape from me and said oh no you are abusing the tape at this point I thought you would've just used a few pieces (i had used 3 pieces thus far and needed max 2 more pieces) he then went on to say, with an attitude, that i needed to buy tape at this point and that he didnt know i was going to use so much. Then proceeded to ignore me and help someone else. His tantrum lasted longer than i would have taken to use the last 2 pieces of tape that i needed. He spoke to me with a repulsive attitude after giving me the tape. I cannot believe an establishment like staples would have someone like Jackson at the register. First experience like this after coming here for years, i am in shock. Especially with his superior watching over and allowing him to commit such foolery. If i could give 0 stars for this experience i would.
